So far really nice quality
Seems very well put together and durable. Will be interesting to see how it keeps up after being out in elements for awhile. Only complaint really is user error, always remember to verify measurements. Turns out by the time I order my original measurements updated on the page and I did not verify, so now I have something that is 2 feet too long. Only recommendation would be to add some sort of order verification system for custom measurements, like an email that has to get approved before the order is made.

Hugely valuable
We love this curtain. It hangs on the windy exterior side of a covered porch that we have enclosed and makes a tremendous difference in the interior temperature of the porch-turned-playroom. It takes a beating from the wind, and this is actually a replacement for the original curtain we installed in 2021. That one lasted 4 1/2 years (50% longer than the guarantee), and then it "blew apart." We had noticed that it was deteriorating for a couple of months, becoming brittle and discolored, but one day the wind had a little too much fun with it and we found scattered pieces of it all over our yard. Next time, we won't wait so long to replace it! The team that worked on the new one was very careful to communicate with us and ensure that we were getting exactly what we needed, which we really appreciated, and we were very pleased with the turnaround time. The only thing that was a nuisance was that although we ordered the exact same width as before, with grommets at the top and Velcro down the sides, just as before, the grommets were not spaced the same distance as they were for the first curtain. So, instead of simply hanging the new one, we had to move our hooks to adjust for the different spacing. Overall, we are thrilled with our curtain! Incidentally, the other three curtains that we purchased in 2021 are still doing great.
Custom outdoor curtain
I had a custom outdoor curtain with clear panel made. I sent the dimensions and some pictures of the angle I needed the top to be at. They sent me a rendering a day later and I approved it. Once it was delivered I couldn't be any happier. Perfect for what I needed!

Porch enclosure
Love it! Looks great and fit perfectly! Was pleasantly surprised with heavy duty Velcro strips 2" wide on sides (ordered Velcro on sides but was told it would only be one side of the Velcro.) Ordered with grommets top and bottom and Velcro on sides - made for easy installation!

With Covers and All's help I've become pretty creative. I wish I could show you my last project. Word of advice, If you need a 10 footer, buy two 5's. They become so much easier to put up and take down. I use the velcro. Almost instant up and down.

Product is only as good as the dimensions!
2nd time ordering this curtain, 2nd time I had to pay for the same product.
I was even challenged on the dimensions by their so called (engineers) that my dimensions were wrong. The curtain fit perfectly! Coveralls should of made it like this the first time. Not the same company that I ordered from in 2021. They had my original PO but couldn't duplicate it!

Custom ordered and received the curtain for our outdoor patio. This helps keep our patio warm and cozy during the winter months. Received the curtains quickly after production. Great quality. Excellent communication with the shipping and production specs.
Not accurate measurements
I am unhappy with the customer service and with the confusing website design.
On the website when you design your product, there is a small font note about Leeway (+2-5 cm added to all measurements! Not sure why they they do this pointless addition anyway). This is random assumption and just adds unnecessary dimensions to your curtaims. However, i provided drawing for my requested curtains with my accurate measurements before they designed them, showing where exactly i need to fix my eyelets. The designing team submitted PDF sketch showing my desired measurements. No mention of leeway. If they do not include the leeway notification on the sketch submitted to the customer for approval, I assume most customers will not know about it and will just find out about it upon receiving the product. It is not a wise idea at all, especially if they are dealing with literate customers that know what they are doing. Even the added leeway was not added proportionately, e.g. 3 cm upwards and 6 cm downwards, very random, and some also exceeded the 2-5 cm they state on the website.
Upon my complaining, They then asked me to take photos and videos for the measurements i was unhappy with. I unpacked the heavy parcel again and took a few photos showing measurements on the large curtains i purchased. They then insisted on videos showing all the 16 measurements on my 4 large curtains. I refused to unpack again, displace furniture around again, spread all sheets again and take videos for 16 measurements and re pack all again. At this point nothing moved forward and they refused to offer further advise. I will take all curtains to a local tarpulin service to mend them on my own expense. Not happy with this design and customer service at all. Would not recommend them to anyone. If you want to deal with them, you should insist on your measurements and mention NO STUPID LEEWAY on all your conversation with them.
Another thing you should know about, the displayed prices are excluding VAT. So mind this after you design your product.
The product quality however looks OK, but still not tested of course.
