Fantastic product... fits PERFECTLY! My only issue... the tightening cords don't seem to tighten enough. I can only pull them an inch or so, therefore, I had to put a bungie cord around the base to make sure they don't blow off in the wind. But besides that, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. And the service and attention to detail to make sure they got the dimensions "just right"... phenomenal.

Cover is made from a heavy duty rubberized fabric and fits my fire bowl very well. Looks and performs much better than the cover that came with the fire bowl. Happy with my purchase.

Shopping was good. The product options were good. Delivery was a challenge but might have been affected by extraordinary events. The product, when it finally arrived, was as advertised.

My cover was a custom made. I included a picture of my fire pit. It did take longer than advertised so I had to contact customer service by chat and it was easy to change my delivery address. The cover is heavy duty and the measurements are exact. There was even covered ventilation holes! Also three straps that can tighten the bottom edge. Like other reviewers, I was very surprised it was made in India by a banner maker. The cover material is exactly what commercial banners are made of. Should be super waterproof which is why I ordered it. When I get it back to Arizona, I'm sure it will be a perfect fit. Hope it holds up in the AZ sun.
