Although I ordered a storage bag for the large couch cover, what I got were two tiny bags measuring around 14"x11" with a see-through window at the top. Not at all what was ordered, and completely useless to me.

But disappointed with the quality of the bag - seems quite thin and lightweight considering the weight of the cover it is for. But, that is just based on seeing it without the cover in. Cover will go in it next spring

Bad Customer Service
We purchased outdoor covers as we reviewed and processed our order it did not say it would come with a store bag, plus it had it as a recommendation to purchase a cover storage bag so we add it in. When it arrived it came with one. We asked for refund as we dont need 4 storage bags which it was declined. Will not be purchasing an further items from this company and will not recommend to friends and family

A little small
Once you unpack the perfectly folded cover and try to refold it yourself, it's never the same, so getting into the bag built for the original way it came is a challenge.

If we were meant to recieve a grey bag it never arrived, What we did recieve was certainly of poor quality and not fit for purpose of storing the thick plastic covers over the warmer months
