Not the best experience
Ordered from Covers & All UK, assuming, wrongly as it turns out, that it was a UK based company. Ended up being an extremely stressful experience. Whilst the staff did try to help, they did not cancel my order as I requested, when things became complicated; communication was very difficult. The quality of the cover is ok, but it's too wide around the bottom, and the draw string at the bottom of the cover, doesn't go all the way round, so it's impossible to tighten the cover properly to prevent it 'flapping about' in the wind. Really should make it clear that this a no -UK based company.

We got a custom cover in the sandy beige colour to cover a Charmate terracotta chiminea. Covers and All are very thorough, and it pays off. It was a bit of a pain entering in the measurements and finding that they had not been saved with the order, then when they tried to contact me for clarification, all attempts went to junk. But I did eventually spot it and provide all the necessary measurements and photos, and the result is excellent. We just ordered the basic covermax fabric which is very thick, and at the moment the fabric is still stiff so you can't really gather the drawstring, but we don't need to. It was reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend.

It took a few emails to get everything sorted but that was fine because the end product is amazing. Great fit, excellent quality and brilliant customer service. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others who need a bespoke cover. Five stars all the way.
