Placed order, completed the order. Upon seeing my order confirmation, I noticed I made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I immediately emailed the manufacturer and explained my mistake. Received notice, it had already been sent to be made. A week later I received a email, stating my order was being made and would be shipped by whatever date. A week after pointing out my order, it was made. So I feel they just didn't want to help me with my order. The product received is a good product. However, customer service is HORRIBLE..

Too short and collects water
It doesn't reach the ground to protect the legs and water pools up and leaves a stain on top which never happened with my previous cover.
