Terrible process - Final product is 'ok'
Took months of back and forth on measurements and lack of understanding/english of the changes needed. Cancelled my order without my approval and had to start all over. Quoted that I didn't respond fast enough. The order should be on my time, not theirs as sometimes you can't reply back the next day. The constant chasers aren't necessary when you don't reply the next day! Also they state my phone nunber was wrong which was why they cancelled. Tmwas not right as we had spoken on phone q twice. Not turely Custom at all as had to make compromises due to their system. Final product fits oven but is a much thinner and cheaper material than expected given price. I cant see it lasting very long.
Fit
When I ordered the pizza oven cover an additional 2" of drop was requested around the circumference of the oven. It was to be added to the navy blue at the bottom circumference of the cover. With the additional requests for remeasurements this request appears to have been omitted. The cover is quite tight and doesn't not overhang the bottom of the oven by 2". It does quite reach the bottom of the oven in some areas. I included photos of the precise measurements as requested. Neither the automatic 1" additional "fudge factor" was added nor the 2" additional material around the bottom circumference.

Overall I was impressed with the cover. The company were able to customise it to fit my particular pizza over and the slab underneath. There was a few back and forwards with the designs to ensure the dimensions were correct, but in the end it is a very good fit. I would recommend.

The covers & all team went waaayy above and beyond to check the measurements and specifications for our custom cover. At the time it felt a little laborious but their incredibly thorough mock ups confirming measurements again and again to get it right were SPOT ON! Couldn't be happier with the fit and quality. For the rigorous attention to detail this is amazing value for money. Highly recommend!

Doesn't fit
The cover sent doesn't fit. It looks like the fabric was cut to the correct size but seam that sewed is a a different length causing the cover to not fit.

The cover is excellent. High quality materials and very well made. But the real 5 stars go to the design team. I have an unusually shaped pizza oven and the team to a lot of care to make sure the measurements were correct - checking and sending their specs many times - to ensure it fitted well. Brilliant!

The website offers a range of templates to choose from and finding a cover close to my requirements was easy. Once you I had picked the template it was easy to customize the design to my requirements.
Great custom fit!
I ordered a pizza oven cover. When you order something like this take the measurements seriously. The order form is very clear about the measurements needed so it not hard to be accurate. The team at Covers and All and I did several back and forth with dimensions and then they built the cover. It fits quite well and is made with good materials. I am quite happy I ordered this.
