Frustrating
It was a very confusing company to deal with. They kept sending emails saying I have not responded to them and they are putting my order on hold. I responded to all email messages within a day. Also there were a lot of emails back and forth. It took a lot longer then first mentioned to get my order because of this I guess. So dealing with that was really frustrating. I mentioned this to customer service multiple times and they kept apologizing but then my order would be on hold again the next day for not responding... This went on and on. I will not be doing any business with them again because of this. Other than that the cover itself was fine.

The cover works! The company was great communicating throughout the process. Started with picture of offset smoker and many iterations of cover. Happy with the quality overall. Cover is just a bit large in one section, however, it will not affect performance. Would certainly order again!
Custom Trager Smoker cover
Very happy with purchase, very good price and given the complexity of the design the extra lead time was understandable. Custom cover for a restored, original Traeger smoker with cold smoke box attached. Required several weeks of back-and-forth with cover designer to close on final design, but it turned out great. Design took about 3 weeks and then manufacture and shipment lead time was another 3 weeks. Very good communication during the process and tools for reviewing and providing feedback were effective. I would recommend them for any custom cover needs.

Excellent fit on my unusually shaped pellet smoker. I chose the ripstop fabric and very happy with my choice. Very good quality

Not traditional custom smoker, NO PROBLEM!
I've got a 12 foot offset smoker with a burner rig on the front of the frame. The measurements were pretty complicated. Sent pictures with my order and the design team marked them up to get precise measurements. I was struggling with getting precise measurements but we got on the phone and we spoke through it all. Highly recommend! The cover fits perfect!

Overall very pleased with product. It's cut a little generously, but I would rather it be this than too small and nonfunctional. Important to understand that the final product is only as good as your measurements. Overall, very pleased!

This was a100% customer smoker cover and all measurements were made properly, except 1. The handle was misplaced on the cover. I am trying to make it work as is, but I don't think it will be possible.
