Poor customer service
Very difficult to communicate with this company. It took 4 phone calls, plus additional emails in which I gave exact measurements for the cover. It took over a month to receive the item.
Amazing cover!
Absolutely love this custom cover. We have a large outdoor sectional and couldn't find anything anywhere. Ordered one here and it is perfect. Love the quality and it fits perfectly. I'm thrilled with it and highly recommend. Fast delivery also.

Great service and quality
Got a cover for a couch I bought at Lowe's and wanted it to cover the ottomans as well. Service was great and they even reached out to me when they caught a mistake with my measurements to make sure it was made right. I just wanted a basic cover but what they gave me was very high quality (and I can be picky!)
Great cover for difficult shape
Our patio set is partly curved at back and sides, so difficult to measure for a cover. Your designer was very good at making sure the measurements made sense for the shape. The finished cover fits well, arrived quickly, and seems very well made. It has not yet been tested in heavy rain so i cannot comment on how water repellant it is. The beige colour matches our decking very well.

Sectional w/ Chase Cover
This did take a bit to work through w/ the team, but they were on it. We had several revision, and they were quick to respond. I one large cover that fits great! I am very happy with these, and expect them to hold up to the sun and weather very well. I purchased a large sectional from Costco so needed to keep it nice and since it is such a large piece, I went online to find a solution. The price and service is right! I would recommend their service to anyone needing covers.

Perhaps rear Right and Left instructions would be helpful.

It's an excellent product and incredibly well designed. The collaboration with the design team to get it right was amazing. The only advice I would give to another customer would be to request grommets rather than drawstrings. We are in a windy location, and the cover is so large that it turns into a sail and flies away.

I've been fighting with my cover all summer. It's so tight I can hardly get it on because of this it's constantly coming off in spots bc I can't pull it all the way down.
Great cover for the money
Used these guys several times. Got no complaints on quality and finish would highly recommend. Just be sure to double double check your measurements when buying online. These get shipped from far far away. So get it right first time! But they were 1/5 of the price of Uk covers I was offered. They use heavy duty decent material and stitching.
