The cover is a lot thinner than expected
I expected it to be like other safety covers like a trampoline material. This cover is basically like a mesh cloth and I'm hoping it holds up.

Custom pool cover
Shipped in a reasonable amount of time, extra hardware, correct dimensions and good quality materials.
Missing parts
I filled out a ticket then they emailed back asking for a video. I was only missing three brass anchors and four springs. I don't have time to make videos and send them. I just ordered the parts on Amazon. A better response would've been no problem. Will ship those out. I could see if it was a big item missing, but it wasn't
Cover
Does not look as strong as our previous winter cover. You can see right through this one. Will install in two weeks and see how it holds up we have a German Shepherd that would run across the old one.

Exactly what I was looking for
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were very professional and thorough with verifying my measurements and sent me several "mock ups" and requested me to re-measure for accuracy. I was hoping to post pictures because we had to work around my hot tub and it is absolutely perfect. It comes with hardware (and extra pieces) complete easy to follow instructions. I would highly recommend a purchase from this company.

Stay away
Custom covers that allows 24" variance. That's not custom stay away from this company. Garbage!
