Updated Review After Heavy Rain For Several Days
I had previously reviewed this cover, remarking on its nice craftmanship and the wonderful customer service provided by Covers&All. However, at that time, it had not yet rained. I am now updating my review. Note: I used three of the inflatable pillows under the cover to prevent pooling (although it is possible that they may not be needed - I will test that next time it rains). I am pleased to report that the cover worked perfectly. There was no leakage underneath - my lounge cushion was completely dry after several days of heavy rain. I would give this product 10 stars if I could.
Way too big
I measured precisely and was disappointed that the cover does not fit as they advertised. It is loose all around and looks frumpy.

Disappointed
There are two issues that led me to rate the product and service as disappointing. First, I found the website for ordering the cover too complex. As a result, I ordered the incorrect color. I immediately contacted the company to correct the order but they were not accommodating. "Too late" was the response. How could that be when I immediately contacted them. Second, I was led to believe the cover was to be lined so as to give better protection to the furniture. Not the case. So all in all, I rate the product and service as disappointing.
Excellent service, high quality, and delivered right on time
We had to call the help desk a couple of times when we first ordered, and they were very polite and helpful. Once we placed our order things were very smooth, and our covers arrived exactly when they said they would. We're very pleased with the service.

Too big, 5cm tolerance for construction isn't acceptable
Seemingly good quality fabric and well put together, however sizing is way too big. I went to alot of trouble to provide exact measurements for my custom chaise lounge, and the cover that has been provided is too big to be suitable

Love these covers I have several for my outdoor furniture they usually fit perfectly. This cover is a little too tight across the front. It fits so snugly in this area I'm afraid that over time the outer edges will wear through.

When ordering, they say they add on a couple of inches. It seems like it might be a little more. While it does fit, it is quite loose sitting on top of our chairs. Our chairs stack, so we ordered one to cover all 4 Chaise Lounges.
