Difficult
It took way too long to ship, the product arrived with the waterproof liner too small. Reached out to customer service with photos. Then had to deal with different agents responding asking me to send photos, send a video, disregard the prior agent, then send a video. I gave up. The color was supposed to be grey. It is very blue. The cover is worthless without the liner. It is now landfill. Ordered another seamlessly from Amazon.

Product Didn't Fit – Be Warned About Customer Service
I ordered the Multi-Layer Circular Fire Pit Custom Cover and followed the size guide provided on the website. Even after adding extra inches to ensure a proper fit, but was suggested by customer service to stick to the website description, the cover arrived way too small and doesn't fit the fire pit at all. It's so tight that I can't even get it fully over the sides. What's more frustrating is the experience after contacting customer service. I originally submitted all the requested details and photos to show the sizing issue, but now they're asking for an excessive amount of follow-up—including multiple videos from different angles, measuring both the product and the cover, plus label images, all to be uploaded through a file-sharing service. I understand needing some verification, but this process is over the top and feels like they're making it intentionally difficult to get a refund or replacement. It's too much to ask from a paying customer for a product that was clearly manufactured incorrectly. If you're thinking about ordering a custom cover from here, be aware: The sizing may be off even if you follow their guide. Customer service is not quick or easy to deal with. The refund process is burdensome. I wouldn't order from them again based on this experience.
