Boat top cover
To short. Grommets ripped out after bunging them down. Not fire $#*!ant as we had discussed
Disappointing service
Was asked to pay over double the price of what it originally came to. After confirming the measurements several times, it finally arrived to be completely wrong. So I had to wait another month for the second one to arrive and luckily this one fit. Couldn't talk to an Australian, it's all based in India. Wouldn't use again

Sectional cover- disastrous process and outcome
From the very beginning, ordering this cover was a total mess. They take 2 to 3 days to get back to you and the process requires you to double check measurements several times it is impossible to get somebody on the phone while you are trying to measure to make the process Less burdensome and efficient. I tried to cancel the order multiple times only to have their customer service wraps harass me to try and convince me not to cancel. Despite my better judgment, I went ahead with the order and am not pleased with the product. They cut corners on the attachments that secure the cover. I have a very large sectional and it only includes four clips to secure it leaving most of the cover open on the bottom For debris and dust to get under the cover and onto the structure and cushions. I would definitely recommend not purchasing from here. Not to mention the covers are very expensive so you're not even getting a deal while having to deal with the poor customer service and overall quality.

Good quality, perfect measurements
Outdoor kitchen cover
This is a large, complex, L shaped cover. The materials are great. The actual construction is also excellent. The fit, is not horrible, but I would rate it as only fair. Bottom line, the cover does what it is supposed to do, it just does not fit great.

This cover was made exactly to the specs that I ordered. Installing it was very easy and it gives me a great peace of mind that my outside bar will be protected. First time using this site but I will be back again on the next thing I need.
Tailor made cover
Cover fits as ordered. Can't comment whether it does until the end of the summer period.
Quality material but wrong size and poor communication
Good quality but wrong size. I clearly set out the sizes and asked them to contact me if anything was unclear. Delivery was late and communication was non existent. Very disappointing. 2 stars reflects the quality of the material used otherwise it would have been a one star from me.

The turnaround time was within the timescale provided, the quality of the product is the best I have ever found - worth paying the extra for the 5 year covers, they really are an excellent fit, I would definitely recommend these custom made covers/service to everyone.

Great product... heavy duty feel
These covers are fantastic. They fit great and really have a well crafted feel. The grommets and straps are a nice quality as well. They truly care about a great fit and the designers reached out to me requesting further information to make sure I had a great fit. So they truly do review each cover for proper fit. One suggestion, if your covering outdoor furniture, make sure you make all your measurements with the cushions installed if you plan to cover the furniture and cushions both. Cover can get tight in some areas if you don't include.
