This post is too old to find the customer and SiteJabber refuses to remove unless we pay. Without any order information like a date, name of product, order number, etc. it would be impossible to resolve this man's issue. Obviously, he has us confused with another web site. We've never have a contact address on the east coast. We've had a contact address on the site for twenty-two years. It has changed many times but we tried to make it pretty easy to find using a help or contact web page.

Customer did not take the time to read the information on our web site. He thought he would be receive reference books. Not the case. Now we are in a dispute because he accepted the products and now wants a refund. We are not responsible for people that refuse to take the time to read product descriptions on our web site.
