I took my pistol permit course with Randy R Bailey and he was awesome. He made what could have been a dry class actually really engaging and easy to follow. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure everyone understands the material and feels confident. He was patient, answered all questions, and created a really comfortable environment. Highly recommend taking his class if you're considering it.
Randall R Bailey was a great teacher who was informative about both safety and local laws. He was easy to ask questions and made the class super clear
I requested a refund immediately the same evening within the hour because what I thought I was signing up for was a state that did not require a background check and was strictly for veteran to obtain their license. Instead the sent me to my home state of Ohio concealed carry page which I don't need. I've still not received a refund nor anything of use from this.
It was easy to understand and I passed my test. I appreciate the opportunity to get my carry permit.
Very easy to follow instructions. Waiting to set up live training. Had training 4 years ago?

I'm prior military and has knowledge in the use of firearms and cleaning of the handguns. Thanks
Refund policy is bogus and the person I talked to was not at all helpful. You can't get your money back, but they'll give you a $100 restaurant.com gift card? Riddle me that.

Perfect everything went well and the quiz was easy for me. I took the conceal and carry course here in Florida several years ago. I'm looking forward to having my rights to carry in other states as well. Thank you
