I ordered three 100% linen blouses in size small. What I got was NOT linen and they sent me different sizes from what I ordered. One was clearly a large. I sent them pictures side by side to show them how the sizes were incorrect. Now they won't take them back and send me a prepaid shipping label They want me to pay for shipping to CHINA. I just want what I originally purchased. Why should I pay for their mistake? They stole from me and refuse to respond get back to me. Save your money and go elsewhere. They might look like great clothes in the pictures but, trust me, that is not what they look like when you open the package.

Absolutely garbage customer service. I've tried to cancel and request a refund MULTIPLE times yet they refuse to do so. They're obviously fraudulent & should be reported to EVERYONE including international payment processing platforms.

Products seems to be made out of recycled plastic and printed on, quality should not even be utter when it comes to these products, they are a complete waste of money and time, the return policy is a joke and cost more to send back than what it costs to actually buy in the first place. Don't waste your time or money on these frauds... as you can see by the picture, not the hand knitted Viking clothing I was expecting...

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on their website. However what I received was a terrible printed cheap cheap dress. Absolutely nothing like their website. This is a huge scam. After trying to return it they tried to offer me a coupon for something else on their site! Why would I want more garbage. Buyers beware.

I ordered a dress from ComStylish in early September 2025, and what I received looked nothing like the photos on their website. The fabric is cheap, the image is clearly a blurry digital print, and the seams don't align the pattern properly — it looks nothing like the advertised garment.

I immediately reached out with photos, clearly explaining that the product was misrepresented and requesting a refund. According to their return policy (which I cited in my emails), all purchases except underwear and a few other exceptions are refundable within 30 days if unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging — all of which applied to my situation.

Instead of honoring this, ComStylish delayed responding, and when they finally did, they repeatedly offered only discount coupons (20%, 30%, 35%) and discouraged a return by stating shipping to China would cost over $70 (not mentioned anywhere on their site). Despite multiple requests over more than two months, they never provided the required return address, a clear violation of their own stated policy. As of today — November 19,2025 — I still have not received a refund.

Their customer service was evasive, slow, and unhelpful. This is not just poor service — it's misleading, unethical business practice. If you're considering ordering from ComStylish, please think twice. I wish I had seen the many negative reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere before I made my purchase.

I will be continuing to report this company through official consumer channels if they do not resolve this immediately.

Poor quality clothes bear ABSOLUTELY NO RESEMBLANCE to images online.

Despite contacting them many times to return & get my money back, all they offer is 30% of my next order... as if!

My advice - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY - you will never see your money again!

The dress I was buying looks absolutely nothing like what I received! The dress I thought I was buying had 3d skulls and moss but the dress I got was just flat printed skulls and pixelated moss. I waited over a month. And the dress wasn't even the color I bought. If I could give a zero rating I would!

I was absolutely taken for a ride. I did not receive what I ordered and the quality of the clothes were horrible. I reached out to do a refund (you have to email to request a refund and have them send you the address of where to send the item to for return). They will ignore your email until you leave bad reviews on specific sites. They will finally respond and offer you a 20% discount on your next purchase since it will be expensive for me to ship it all the way to China. I said no and a few days later had to threaten them again so they would respond to me declining it. They then offered me a 30% on next purchase instead. All I wanted was the address of where to return my item for a full refund. This whole experience has been a nightmare. They will scam you! Do not order from them!

Shipping took forever. Horrible quality. Refuse to refund. Dint ever buy from this company!

I ordered a beautiful witches costume. What I received wasn't even a dress. It was a stamp of a dress on some Halloween costume material. And the hat- I laughed out loud at how stupid I was for ordering from them.

Cheap material, no where near correct size deceptive product photos. Those Beautiful dresses and leggings are not knit, they are simply patterns stamped onto flimsy material. One pair is shown on site as distressed leather patchwork the other as a heavy knit Celtic design. What I got is absolute garbage. For size med. It said length was 35 inches. They come mid calf. I guess I got what I paid for, they are going in the trash

Do not buy from Comstylish. The material is cheap. The lace, embroidery and embellishments are fake prints on cheap material. "Sweaters" are fake printed knit on cheap sweatshirts. File a complaint with the FTC and BBB if you have purchased misleading products from Comstylish.com.
They will not give you an address to return your items. I have filed a dispute with my credit card.

I found this vendor on Instagram. I thought they'd be cool Bohemian tops with embroidery and beads. I wrote two orders when I receive my first order the fabric wasn't the way they described it, there is no embroidery or beading on any of the tops. The fabric content content is not what they described on their website. It is a very inexpensive fabric in the inside of the top no fabric content, no washing instructions no country that it was made in.
The problem is, I wrote another order because I didn't receive the first order. Right after I wrote the other order, I received the first order. It took many days probably three weeks and I contacted customer service. They took them a little while to get back to me to ask them to cancel the second order. They did not respond to the email I sent so last night I received the second order.
Beware of this site.

Such nice clothes in their photos, claiming to be cotton or cotton blends, yet such shiny polyester crap is what is delivered. This site is similar to another I once tried; probably all the same company selling cheap polyester clothes by different made up. Company names. A I must be used to transform the actual products into looking like comfy cotton; otherwise they have one prototype and then make very cheap copies to sell.

This company scams people by advertising product that they don't really sell. I think just AI pictures and then they send items only suitable for garbage and won't let you return anything. Steer clear!

Do not make the mistake of ordering from this company. The clothing you receive is NOTHING like what is pictured in their ads. The ads show beautifully embroidered and embellished clothing with flowy fabrics. You receive NOTHING that is shown. No embroidered or embellished fabrics, only a PICTURE of that lovely clothing printed onto cheap fabric. BEWARE. I have been corresponding with them for 7 days now trying to return the clothing and get a refund and they are delaying, asking for photos, saying it has to go to the proper departments and then I have to contact THEM in another 5-7 days to get an answer as to whether I can return it...

The blouse ordered bears absolutely no resemblance to the article received. So bad is the discrepancy, that this sale is fraudulent. The cloth is wrong, the design is printed and not embroidered as in the advertised pictures. The advert shows a far superior product to the one received.

False advertising, material advertised as cotton and linen feels and looks like recycled plastic. Cuts are boxy and have no consistency in regard to size. After reading reviews, that I should have read before ordering, I won't even bother to try and return $135.00 worth of slipshod workmanship!

He Casual Oceans Shark Print Dress did contain a shark but was so badly sewn, with seams not in the original catalog photo, that you can't see it. And, Customer Service has been threatening us with the high cost of having to ship the return to China, despite the company having an address in Washington state. They have offered coupons that have slowly been increasing. But, a coupon has no value if you can't trust the merchandise to be what you saw in their catalog. Talk about "buyer beware"!

False Advertising. The garments I purchased looked nothing like the photos on the site. The stones and flowers that were shown to be sewn onto the garment did not exist. The print was not like the photos, The style/cut... totally different. I feel very disappointed in myself for not checking reviews online before purchasing
