I chose a hooded sweatshirt for my wife based on the appearance and quality reflected in the photo of the product on the website. What I finally received almost 1.5 months later looks like cheap trash. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and "Poor Quality Products"! I received a hoodie that was Completely Different from style I order poor quality fabric!

I just want to say that the quality is very poor and they certainly look better in pics than in real life..

Ordered a BILL THE CAT T-SHIRT (XL with Bill the Cat in straight jacket). As of yet, I have received no confirmation of order or expected delivery date. I believing now, I have been taken and would not recommend this site to anyone.

They never sent item. No way to track the item. The phone number is busy. The email is unresponsive. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered an item on 12/7 as a Christmas gift and still have not received it as of 1/6 a month later. I won't order from them again.

I ordered beginning of December clothing for the holidays gifts! They still haven't arrived and they keep telling us they are on the way!

I ordered from them 1 month ago exactly the same day I ordered from Temu also. I received my Temu order b4 Christmas I am still waiting for my order from Comstylish. When I track it says it arrived in my state/city on the 22nd it is now the 28th and it's not here.

I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of the entire order. The material appears to be able to melt if it is above 50 degrees - it is the poorest quality I have ever seen. I have spent over 3 weeks trying to get a return address to mail back this product for a refund. Per their policy, you have 10 days post receipt to request a return. I requested a return within 24 hours of receiving the items which took 2.5 months to arrive. I am fully aware I bear the cost for the return. The company has refused to provide a return address to ship it nor provide a refund. I am currently disputing the order with my credit card company.

I purchased a shirt for a gift and it is GARBAGE! This company offer a money back return but never actually does it. I have been emailing them since September and the only response it they offer me a coupon. Lol what a joke that's not a refund. Buyer beware

I ordered their sweatshirts and the product quality and material is so horrible and cheap. They say they have a 14 day return policy but when I tried to return my products they never honored their return policy and ust kept trying to give me discounts to buy more products. I went back and forth with customer service via email because they dont have a contact phone number. Ultimately they decided to not honor their return policy and just ignored my most recent email. I spent $70 on sweatshirts that dont fit and tried returning them within the return window and they are refusing to accept my return. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's all china crap anyways.

Processing took about 10 days before the product was even shipped out. Took almost a month to receive the product. The "sweatshirt", if you can call it that, was a paper thin polyester type of material, thinner than a T-shirt. And the graphic looks like it was done on an inkjet printer. I've gotten better quality on Wish. Way overpriced for what it is.

Ordered two sweat shirts in September. I kept emailing them for.delivery status.
Items never arrived but their tracking number says it was delivered.
Very disappointed. Feel.this company is a scam.

Do not order from this website. The items are such cheap quality. I ended up donating everything I bought. A complete waste of money. The items that are pictured are not what you will receive. This is a complete bait and switch. It takes them weeks to ship your item. I tried very hard to cancel my order but they would not cooperate. Don't buy from this site.

I ordered a Halloween sweatshirt on Oct 5th. It did not arrive until November! When it did arrive the material was made of cheap polyester and was not the color that I ordered. I immediately emailed customer service which I am still haggaling with because they do not want to send a return label or give me a return! They said they are not responsible for shipping and I have to send this back to China! The return label on the package says California. This is a fraudulent company with zero business ethics. The horrible reviews are all true and I wish I would've read them before placing the order. The company wants to send me a coupon instead of doing the right thing. I have told them that I will never buy from this company again. So have no use for a coupon. Do not buy from this company!

I would had originally given this company 3 stars. The products is mediocre quality. This is not sweatshirt material but a polyester. Not exactly the most comfortable material. It's a bit strange material.
Website is deceiving so beware of material and quality. Two of the shirts were on the shorter end in length in arms and belly coverage if you lift your arms. One was a men's shirt and the tan has a pinkish undertone. Then the third shirt the picture of cat's face was blurry. Be also prepared to wait way over a month to receive clothing. The reason I dropped to 1 star is customer service. When I contacted company regarding return policy they tried offering $10 off next purchase. When I told them I wasn't interested in buying again in future dovto quality and again wanted to know their return polic. The company then stated my return was sent to relevant departments for review. The "Relevant" department never contacted me back. After waiting six days for a reply I open a dispute through PayPal. The company is quick to respond when PayPal gets involved because their is a hold on their account until they do. Company replied back that a full refund will be issued once items were returned. However, the cost and risk of them providing an incorrect address if not found would be returned or deemed lost was not worth the cost of return postage approximately $50 minimum. I highly suggest to take bad reviews into consideration if planning on doing business with company. I think they know this and take advantage of having inferior and cheap products. They will tell you they are working on improving. What they need to work on is customer satisfaction guarantee and offer better products so they don't have hassles either. My opinion it's a bit of a scam in hopes you don't return products. Not a total loss, thankfully. Just a huge disappointment and hoping I can help others make a better informed decision to avoid this company.

This company does not stand behind their products. Products are cheaply made/uncomfortable and run crazy small. A 4x should atleast fit an size 14. Cannot get return or refund. Turns out it's in China and a $103 order was going to cost me $180 to return. Emails after emails, I'm stuck with terrible merch and wasted $103

The worst quality. The fabric is so thin. And it looks as if someone just took a picture and had it placed on sweatshirts made by a cheap mass produced sweat shop. I can't even return it because you need the original packaging. I will never buy from here again. Please don't be fooled by fake positive reviews! Those sweatshirts should be $9.99. SCAM!

Customer service non-existent. Can't get refund for order never received. Ph# doesn't connect. Emails are a run around. They keep replying via email that they will look into it. They haven't. I've sent 20 emails at this point. Same every time.
