Product descriptions are false advertising. It's all junk and they won't let you return it. Save your money and your sanity.

I bought 4 items on Comstylish, I received 3. They were of cheap quality and over-sized. For the past 3 weeks I have emailed them repeatedly, asking for return instructions, but all they do is ask if I will take a 30% discount on future purchases. Do not buy from this company.

I bought 2 shirts advertised as "cotton" and "cotton-linen" blend. Both were 100% polyester. They looked nothing like the webpage ad. Tried to return them and they wanted >$75 to return items costing <$35 total. But their corporate office is in WA state, not China where they asked the items to be sent.

TOTAL FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a black sweater with rhinestone studded skull on the front. What I received was a polyester pull over with a picture of a skull on it. It is hideous and nothing like the picture or the description on their site. When attempting to return this "hot mess" their only form of communication is through email. I sent two emails that were not answered until I posted a negative review. Then they finally contacted me and said I had to provide pictures, which I did. Then I received an email that it would take 5-7 days for them to review the pictures. Still no return address provided. It is quite the little scam. I suppose they are trying drag it out so I am past the 30 day return window. I have never been so disappointed in a company. It is fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs!

These clothes are not linen and have to be returned to China - shipping costs on costumer - very sketchy. I requested help and was told I have to "apply" for a return/refund and then if accepted I needed to send to China overseas freight cost;I appealed and they offered me a 20% coupon - I asked if the refund pertained to the current purchase but got no answer. Received a 30% coupon but no other cooresponance. Very disappointing

Nowhere on the site does it say if the size is wrong you must return it to china at your own cost. This company knows what it is doing by scamming people. Wish I read the reviews first.

I ordered, VG*******, and paid $134.75 for four items on 8/27/24 and received on 9/10/24 an incomplete order in which one item was missing, another item was duplicated and the remaining pants were too small and the blouse was nothing like what was pictured. Most items appeared to be poor mockups or copies made from pictures of more expensive garments, and I surrmise they lifted those pictures from another company for use on their website. There were no care instructions or fabric content tags in any of the items. They were not linen as was described on the website. As their website instructs, I contacted customer support via email on the 9/10/2024 because their phone does not connect. Three emails later they've delayed giving out that that address with " take pictures of your items so we can help you." I refused to do that. Or "...write back in 5-7 days to save time and we will connect your application for return with the relevant departments."
Obviously they do not have a return/refund process. It's just a way to make quick money. I reported them to the government and contacted my credit card company for a chargeback and changed my credit card number, so I can't get a refund even if they finally send a return address, which I sincerely doubt. Now I have crap merchandise and/or it doesen't fit!

Dress stank when it arrived. Fabric is gross polyester and print not like photo. These have got to be Chinese low quality knockoffs. Don't waste your time. Took forever to ship!

This was the worst company I have dealt with. Took 28 days to get.
The tee shirt was so long I could wear for night gown, and dog design sweatshirt, terrible material.
Stiff and sizing very odd…getting ride of both items. Very disappointed…waster over 50.00 dollars

Cat cardigan. The picture shows a knit, and what you get is a screen printed woven material. It does not even have a brine of the knit stitches on the edges and cuffs. The colors are not nearly as pretty as shown in the pictures. Everybody must be warned that they sell under different company name, all originating from the same Chinese address. It takes forever to get the orders.

I wonder how it would be possible to have a good experience with this company. I have no way to reach them after receiving my purchase about a month after I ordered it - I was kind of surprised to get anything after reading reviews. I received a polyester printed sweater - nothing like the image pictured on the website. STAY AWAY!

This company lies about their products. I have great sensitivity to certain fabrics and ordered 3 items that they claim are mostly cotton (over 50%). The fabric didn't have a STITCH of cotton. There is absolutely no give to the fabric and cotton will always have mobility. They are devious as well and you can tell that these were put together in some sweat shop. It didn't even have official tags with care instructions or what the breakdown of the material was. Convenient, isn't it? I asked for refund and they are still trying to talk me out of returning it, offering me coupons for 20%, 30%, 35%. It keeps going up as I will not let this go. I don't want a coupon. I will NEVER purchase from them again so they are useless. Now they are insisting that it will cost me $70-$90 for the return shipping and I should just keep it. I told them that is incorrect and to provide the shipping address and ticket number to ensue that I get my money, although I don't trust them to do that even after they get it back. They have yet to provide this. Absolutely disreputable company. Terrible customer service and communication. The merchandise is the same you can get from your local Chinatown for $5 at most. I will report them to any agency I can here and in China.

I would give ZERO stars if I could, STAY AWAY from this HORRIBLE, SCAMMING company. I ordered 2 shirts, only got one and demanded a refund. Not only did they not address the fact that they didn't send BOTH items, they demanded I return the one I got and PAY for the shipping back to CHINA! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, this is a SCAM company! I am currently fighting with my bank to get my money back. They took 2 WEEKS to even send me an email asking me to ship the HORRIBLE QUALITY item I did receive back to China.

The material and quality of the item is also TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY! STAY AWAY!

For returns due to sizing, sent email and replied with if no answer in 5-7 days, ask for update. Now it's a growing problem with "can't return due to high cost, buy something for 30% off". Why would I do that?!?!?!?!

The order took 2 months for half my purchase to arrive. Then when I opened the package I was very disappointed. The quality is extremely poor and I only received half my order. A huge waste of money. I won't wear the clothes because they are so ugly!

THERE IS NO RETURN SERVICE, AND THIS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN DEFRAUDING PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THREE WEEKS TO GET A REFUND AND THE KEEP OFFERING VOUCHERS! SAID IT WOULD COST ME $70 TO SEND BACK TO CHINA! AFTER THREE WEEKS OF HASSLING THEM. I SAID ok GIVE ME THE ADDRESS, BUT THEY STILL HAVEN'T. Please don't get caught, this is fraud

It is not disclosed anywhere that products come from China. If there is any reason to return or change, it is a big deal and they simply offered a 20% coupon to use in the future, which I do not intend to do.

I was searching for items and had a cart full of things. Came back another day and switched a size, dropped one item, added another. Paid with Paypal, one transaction. Next thing I know 2 identical orders are coming. I told them to cancel one, but it had been sent. I will work with Paypal on this, but it seemed to happen too easily. Comstylish will not refund for the extra set.

As to quality, the prints are obviously superficial on the fabric. The seams are not flat, with some twists in them on the bias that keep the item from hanging well. I am 5'6", 110 lbs and the size that fits is XL. L is too small. Over all very cheap materials, poor workmanship, and irregular shaping.

I would give this company - or any that you cannot verify its origin - a pass.

I ordered "Comfy cotton linen pants," "Loose pocket patchwork linen casual pants" and "Japanese Lino art linen blend maxi dress" in April 2024. What came was NOT linen, polyester or maybe a polyester rayon mix. The clothes have no tags so I'm guessing. I requested to return my purchase in May and have been disputing with Comstylish for two months. They want me to pay to return the items to China! Have not said how much that would cost. Instead keep offering me discounts on further Comstylish purchases! This company ought to be barred from advertising in the US.

No items arrived, no refund given.

Items paid for a month ago, when they didn't arrive and there was no communication from the seller I emailed them. They said they'd sold out of the clothing I had ordered so I asked them to refund me the amount I had paid, $79.58.
No refund, no response to my emails, I have been well and truly scammed by this company in Xiamen, China.
I have reported them to Paypal and to Instagram.
