RUN AWAY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER, EVER BE ABLE TO TALK WITH A LIVE PERSON!

There is no method of talking with any representative of Comfrt. All responses are AI generated and automated replies. After purchasing Several Hoodie sets and a weighted jacket in early October, the only item that shipped was the weighted jacked delivered October 18th. Another part of the order arrived weeks later but in time for Christmas the rest of the order wasn't delivered until Mid January. What was delivered was Wrapped and waiting under the Christmas tree. Opened on Christmas day only to discover that although Comfrt is Unisex their sizes run small and NOTHING fit.
Began the return process 12/25/25 with all the required original Poly bags, tags and no wear et. But they would NOT accept a return for the weighted jacket. It was OUTSIDE Comfrt's 30 Day return policy window! But received a response that my case was being routed to Comfrt's team to review an Exception for me "Don't You Believe It, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON EVER AVAILABLE"

The other Items were returned and exchanged. I tried to stop the items that were still backordered as they would be too small and get the correct size, but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON EVER AVAILABLE
The backordered items were Finally received Mid January and were promptly returned for the correct size.

Very very poor customer service

Bought hoodies, liked them, became a affiliate ambassador, made money, and gave feedback from potential customers, from that feed back I was instantly treated like complete garbage, at this time I've bought several sets, no discounts from being a ambassador nothing. Tried to contact them about about being paid, nothing, I kept getting this girl saying that the ambassadors get special surprises, then then social media manager messaged me, she was a complete B, I mean your promoting a product that claims to help anxiety, come to to find out upon research, there address is apartment buildings, not a business, there LinkedIn says Hudson leogrande owns the company and there gimmick is to calaborate with tik Tok influencers to drawn in the Gen x generation, so they glorify anxiety with beauty, all there ads are staged, this is just a overpriced hoodie and sweat pants. They basically use mental illness, there charities they claim they affiliate with don't get the money they do there tik Tok models do. I've begged and pleaded with them for months, and some responses are almost robotic like they never had a conversation with me and the other conversations are so nasty like there screaming at me. I was VERY loyal to them, bought many sweat suits, loved them, advertised for them, and they just couldn't handle the feedback from potential customers and just treated me like I was piece of crap, I was no good to them, they used my mental illness, i haven't received payment for what I've helped them sell. And the sad part is I still love there hoodies, and I get no where with there customer service. I've spoken with the social media manager several times and she could remedy this so quick and fast, but she chooses to be awful. I asked for a 50% coupon since I haven't been paid and been treated so inhumane. And they tell me they can't give our coupons like that. It just saddens me they use anxiety. Anxiety is such an awful horrible thing to have, I have struggled my whole life and I'm just so sad. I advertised for them. And I was nothing. They really should be shut down and investigated.

Also please don't mind my video it's been a long week with panic attacks and caring for kids so please be nice with your comments. I know I look like a bridge troll in this video.
