The shipping took over 2 weeks. I sent an email looking for an update or cancellation and never received a response. I didn't expect to get the order at all and reported it and now have to reverse that request.
Never received my orders. Ordered 2 items on October 18 and another item October 19. I have emailed and have not gotten a response. Tried calling and the number is non existing. Spent over 100.00 and have not gotten anything. How can you give a $#*!ing review on orders you never received.
Phone is out of service and no response to numerous emails about my order. They take your money then do not deliver the product. Total scam.
I've attempted to contact the store by phone but get an automated person saying redial *611 and then I get another automated person saying I've contacted spectrum. No email responses and in then end it's been 8 days and going with no idea what's going on right now.
Downloaded the shop app to track the order to find out nothing has been done. All I want to do is cancel the order but the only option I have is to await for the item to turn around and send it back, with what looks like a restocking fee will be charged. I only bought from them cause of the store rating displayed on their website, this is a JOKE!
I ordered the same item somewhere else two days ago and it's already showing out for delivery.
I never received my order. No one answered my calls or e-mails.
Placed my order twice and both times I got denied because they said it was fraudulent. Have emailed company a couple of times to try and get the issue resolved and have had no luck yet.
I will have to update my review on this as I only got part of my order in today, even though that was not stated to me when I ordered. So now I have to figure out when the other part of my order is coming in because again wasn't too old and too I didn't even get a date for the second part of the order. Sorry but so far it's not looking promising for this review.
This entire website is a scam. Don't waste your time and money.
Placed an order over a week ago. Paid for it. Nothing has been shipped. I get the standard response from customer service "we are looking into it" but nothing. Send me my product or return my money!
I made my order a week ago and have not received any updates other than that it's been confirmed
I was told on the site that I should receive my item in a week per their site. Then waiting a 4 days without receiving confirmation of shipping I get an auto response saying if you don't get notice in 3-4 business days then contact us. Because I ordered on a Friday I had to wait until the next Thursday. I then get an email Friday saying they would look into it but to give them 24-48 hours. I'm assuming that's also business days because they said their office was only open on week days. So now I'll have to wait until Monday that is 9 days just to find out if my item will even be shipped. Then I have to wait the 3-5 more days to receive it. Mind you I paid 15$ for it to be shipped in 3-5 days expecting it to have already arrived … not to be told they don't know what's going on.
Overall not satisfied. Order took forever to come considering the fact I order 2 day shipping on top of that there was no tracking. The order popped up one day over a month later in my mailbox

Excellent variety of items and overall quality appears to be high. Items descriptions were thorough and informative to include sizing information and measurements where applicable. Prices were somewhat higher than other similar merchants but items were in stock and materials were listed, both of which were important considerations and made the extra costs worth it. Overall very satisfied and will consider this merchant for future purchases of this type. Thank you!
Well, This is the first time I have ever purchased something from you. When the product gets here I may have a better opinion. However so far it seems like you are the first to sell me on a product lol.
I was looking for toys to satisfy my needs and so I just searched the website and they had everything that I needed and I would come back because the website is so organized
After exploring a sea of sites that have all of theses amazingly naughty toys; with very few sites have such a large armory of exciting products. A simple and sleek pictograph interface for navigating through the site. Made it easy to look through a large variety of categories and really feel as if your shopping in a real store.
Overall experience was good, I hope my shipment is received in a timely manner. Prior to this sunday as this is a gift for my girlfriend. Only thing I would have preferred was to be able to call and place order as opposed to ordering online. Overall ordering was simple enough.
