Do not purchase from Coco's Bride.
My experience with this company has been extremely negative due to their misleading refund policy, refusal to honor quality issues, and lack of transparency.
Their refund policy is worded in a contradictory and vague way that allows them to selectively enforce it. On their website, they state that if a customer simply decides they do not like a dress and there is no quality issue, a 50% restocking fee applies. However, they also state that custom or made-to-order items are returnable if there is a quality problem. Despite this clearly written exception, Coco's Bride repeatedly attempted to offer refund amounts that do not exist anywhere in their policy, refusing to apply their own terms correctly.
In my case, the issue was not preference — the item I received had a clear and significant quality defect. The dress I received looks nothing like the dress shown in their listing photos. The difference is so extreme that it would be laughable if it weren't so disappointing. The fabric is extremely cheap, flimsy, and poorly constructed. Threads and stitching are already coming loose, the fabric sheds and separates, and the item is not wearable. The photos on their website do not represent the actual product sent to customers.
I provided clear photographic evidence showing the defects and the drastic difference between the advertised item and what I received. Instead of addressing the quality issue, the company repeatedly deflected, reused scripted responses, and attempted to force a partial refund that is not supported by their own written policy.
Another major concern is review suppression. I attempted to leave a factual, polite review on their website describing my experience — similar in tone to this review — and it was never published. Coco's Bride does not appear to allow honest reviews through their platform and instead selectively displays reviews that benefit them. This further reinforces the lack of transparency in how they operate.
Fortunately, I paid using Klarna, which allowed me to dispute the transaction. I submitted documentation including screenshots of Coco's Bride's own refund policy and photos clearly showing the defects. My payments are currently paused while Klarna completes their review process.
Coco's Bride has worded their policies in a way that they believe gives them discretion to deny refunds; however, the way their policy is actually written works in the customer's favor. The vague and contradictory language makes it clear that items with quality issues are eligible for return, which they continue to ignore.
Based on my experience, this company is not trustworthy. The products do not match their photos, quality issues are dismissed, refunds are arbitrarily limited, and honest reviews are not allowed.
I would never purchase from Coco's Bride again and strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely.

DO NOT ORDER FROM COCOSBRIDE! This company cheated me out of my money and offer TERRIBLE service. I received a dress that didn't match the picture/description online. They didn't want me to refund my dress because they said it was "customized" even tho it was not. I see from other reviews now that they DO NOT give you your money back, even when its "covered" within the refund policy. After complaining, they asked me to pay the express deliver fee to china, but NEVER CLAIMED my package!... I emailing them over 3 months to tell them the package was ready to be claimed, but they straight up IGNORED ME. *baffled.* I ended up getting the package back in the mail 5 months later, but of course after all that time, it was now too late to even submit a refund claim through my credit card. So I encourage you not to purchase from this company. I never write reviews, but felt like this was too much not to share...

I am absolutely outraged by the wedding dress I received from this site. It is a complete disaster and a blatant lack of professionalism for such a special occasion in my life.

Firstly, the dress is extremely poorly sewn. I had specifically provided my measurements for a custom fit, but it seems this was completely ignored. The dress doesn't fit me at all, as if it were made for someone else.

The neckline is indecent, way too deep, and the right breast cup sticks out shamefully. The lace on the back is poorly attached and constantly falls, which is unacceptable. On top of that, there are small stains on the fabric, which is totally unacceptable for a wedding dress.

This dress not only ruined my shopping experience, but it also jeopardized one of the most important days of my life. I strongly advise against using this site for anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress. The quality and attention to detail are completely absent. It's a pure and simple scam.

This dress looks fabulous. I was worried about how it would look on, but the sample picture doesn't do the dress justice! I was also concerned about the quality of the dress due to the price and where it was being made but in actual fact it looks better than the designer dresses I had tried on! The costumer service I received was fabulous. I got the dress custom made, and they made the dress exactly how I wanted it! Again I would like to repeat the dress is fabulous, quality amazing and the price even better - even with it being custom made. It also only took around 3 weeks to get to me from my order to the adjustments and then shipping! Overall a great service I would highly recommend this company!

Everything about this process was so magical and mind easing. I had somene giving me updates the whole time and they even helped me choose and personalize my dress. I was on a time crunch and my dress still came on time. Not only was it on time but it fit perfectly. I love my gown beyond words amd it looked so beautiful on my wedding day. I would never be able to find a dress this perfect in any store. I will be going to cocosbride for all my future formal events.

I ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter over two months ago that never came in.
It didn't make it for the wedding she was supposed to be a part of, and I never received any emails back regarding the item at all.
Do NOT shop here. They will take your money, then never respond to any updates about the item(s) you ordered.
Absolutely thieves and bad service.

This is an addition to my last review. My dress was lost, so I ordered another dress and the dress from here arrived. Customer service still isn't very good when you have issues.

Really good quality. Got a size 16 but lost weight so has to get it tweaked. Everyone commented on how beautiful my dress was and I was happy that I got a lot mor for my money. We has a beach wedding and this style was just right and kept me cool. Ready good buy!

This dress is perfect and it is everything I wanted it to be! It looks exactly like the picture and it fits perfectly. I can't wait to wear my dress to prom!

My review is based solely on customer service, as I found this page before I placed my order, luckily I think. I asked specific questions regarding a dress and received very little information back. I resent my questions, and they were ignored. While $300 is not a lot of money, it is still hard earned money. So, my experience was that they do not care about giving you the fine details so that later you have nothing to back up your claim of a bad job. Not taking the chance. Went on Etsy and found amazing dressmakers that need high reviews, so they care about the dress you order from them.
