Excellent customer service.
My overall experience was very positive. When I received my items only 2 of the 3 pictures cake frames as ordered. I sent an email straight away advising of the error. I was cautious as to how long it would take to be rectified. I received an email response within a couple of hours where I was advised that an urgent replacement of the third frame had been arranged. I then received my replacement item by the end of the following week. The quality of the product is great as I was a bit cautious after reading some reviews. Overall, very happy with my experience and how the error was rectified.
