I genuinely wanted to love this product, and I still believe in what it can do. Claude's AI quality is outstanding. It helped me build legal documents, business plans, and professional communications better than any tool I have used. I upgraded to the paid Pro plan within my first week because the free version was that good.

But here is what happened next. As a Pro paying customer, I started getting cut off after 2 hours of work, the exact same work I did for 6+ uninterrupted hours on the free plan. I was hit with a session limit in the middle of drafting my formal complaint to Anthropic. When I reached out for help, I was told my work uses too much capacity and was pushed toward plans costing $100–$200 per month. I paid $20, expecting more than the free plan. Instead, I got less.

Three escalations. Three identical automated responses. Not a single human being reviewed my account.

I am the founder of Woosah United LLC, a wellness business membership organization representing over 50 credentialed businesses across Metro Detroit, including MDs, NDs, RNs, Reiki practitioners, holistic wellness centers, and product-based businesses. I had recommended Claude to my entire network before experiencing these issues. That recommendation is now being pulled. My members and the business owners they share resources with beyond our network will not be directed to a platform that treats paying customers this way.

Fix the support system, Anthropic. The product deserves it.

Despite the technical ability of the software, the limitations imposed on paid accounts is absolutely sinful. Their disclosure gives a complex justification for these limitations but the bottom line is: upon paying, you have NO idea when your account will be stopped due to usage. Their warnings come quickly and put you in a position of wondering why you ever considered paying for this service to begin with. Imagine... you pay for a Pro membership and, after a couple of days, you get a message saying that you won't be able to access your service (for which you paid a generous premium) for another five days. It's like throwing $20 on a roulette wheel, wondering when your time is up. Money gone and nothing to show for it.

There is a 5-hour limit which is very annoying because in practice it is often less than 5 hours. It requires you to start a new chat very often even if you're using a premium version. It's not good for work. It's not good for entertainment. (for this purpose I use GoLovAI.com
It's my default AI entertainment platform every time I am in a romantic mood). Another really annoying drawback of Claude is the tendency to leave the tasks incomplete. For some reason it just forgets the task at hand and it just stops carrying it out. You have to be there and constantly monitor and correct it.

AI poco intelligente

Gli ho posto delle domande che già avevo posto ad altre AI quali Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot e Meta, e queste mi hanno saputo tutte rispondere. Claude è stata l'unica a non sapermi rispondere. Nello specifico avevo chiesto informazioni su di me, che sono ben presente online e proprio per questo l'AI è perfettamente in grado di fornire una risposta.
