Great customer service and delicious chicken. Though when you get a substitute you have to pay extra and you get very little of that substitute
Unit #2053 2256 Memorial Dr Waycross Ga ******* on 02/28/2020 on or around 1:00 was an experience that taught me how ugly it is to be mean, unkind, rude, cocky... turn your back on them and walk away while they are speaking... this was what a drive through employee name Kara did to my family and I. Her manager's demeanor was just as bad. My confidence in Chick fil A. The manager basically told me if I send a review to corporate they're going to send it back to her anyway... smh cockiness
I give them a 3 star rating. Why you might ask? Because that is the number of pickles that I got on my sandwich. This was attempt number 4 of my recent trips to gods chosen chicken franchise while requesting extra pickles on my sandwich. Every other visit opening up my sandwiches to read (no pickles) on my prepared for you sticker and leaving disappointed and depressed. Today, I finally got pickles but only 3. I pay you good money chickenfila. You need to come off of the pickles.
Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced in the food business. And delicious sandwiches!
Everytime we go there the people working at the window are so friendly and professional. We picked up a pre-ordered party tray on Saturday and they were on top of it. They must hire differently than a lot of the other fast food chains. Kudos to them for having a great product and team.
I love chicken nuggets and Chick fil-A's nuggets are my absolute favorite. The service is decent enough, especially when they don't forget my BBQ sauce, which is very few times. The nuggets always taste the same as well.
I just don't like Chick-fil-A. There are definitely more better choices for chicken fast food. And that is just my opinion. I have only eaten there a couple times and that was many years ago and have not gone there since. So for those who have not tried Chick-fil-A I say go for it and give them a try but also try other chicken places and compare.
I never cease to be amazed at the consistent quality of the food at Chick-fil-A, and even more at the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Their staff training must be great. Greater still is the culture of service, not only to customer but to community as well.

Visit Chickfila in Winterville NC. They were on point and had great customer service. Drive thru as usual ran pretty fast and smoothly.
I want to thank management at Chick-a-fil at the Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport West Virginia. They have the most professional young men and women serving the people of the community. They are very polite and helpful. Thank you!
So, the Rosenberg Texas ChickFila is my go to Fast food place. I don't eat fast food anywhere else but THIS ChickFilA.

The people at the Rosenberg, Texas ChickFila (Mr. Quart Graves, Operator) make all the difference. You walk into the place? They're GENUINELY happy to see you. I don't get that when I get home (I'm single... and I don't have a loving doggie).
I'm a big fan of their delicious chicken strips. They always make them fresh. They taste great and they're always piping hot. The folks there always make sure I've got plenty of ChickFilA BBQ sauce.
Then I start in on those seriously addictive waffle fries. Again, they're always fresh at that location and are salted perfectly. I've tasted potatoes like ChickFilA waffle fries nowhere else.
I finish my Culinary Delight (yes I'm a chef... ok, maybe I lied) with a creamy awesome ChickFila Chocolate shake with (Yes) NO cherry and (Yes) NO whipped cream.
Extra Chocolate please. OMG, again there should be a law against a shake THAT good.
I recommend taking a vacation to Rosenberg, Texas to view the brand new highway (59 or 69 depending on your Federal or State perspective).
OK it's not finished yet... but YeS they will finish it some day.
But it IS cool to sit at the ChickFilA and watch the massive traffic pile up on the side access road that you DON'T have to take to get there.
