But it seems the price of the ticket is 2 x's that of the face value and a Canadian event but I had to pay in US Dollars. Can you explain please.

It was easy to order. Just not sure of some terms used for seating. Hoping for my husband this is an end seat.

Easy to use. Ticket prices and availability can change quickly. Not to sure about some of the classification such as preferred seller and there is different delivery methods for different seating. I am assuming that it's because of who might already own the tickets?

It was easy to search for seats and tickets. It would be nice to know where the seat is in the row. The service fee is WAY too high!

It makes a difference when people are not trying to hard sale you on tickets. Listening to the customer needs is the best route to win a sale. I appreciate the sales representative listening to my needs and not being dismissive or pushy about something that didn't fit my need.
