I was in the process of ordering ticket for a show on-line. Getting the tickets was a quick and painless process. The option for checking to see if the tickets were received (for e-tickets as well) is a nice touch.
Retrieving tickets is a little complicated. It could be a lot easier if you are purchasing and electronic copy. It should not be as tricky and going through a process that is not necessary.
