Impossible to cancel a subscription. Ridiculous that an online subscription service wont let u cancel online, but makes one do it by phone which is never answered. Predictions they make are laughable at best.
Stay away from this service. It is a scam, unable to cancel. You must call the phon number to cancel, but nobody ever answers the phone. You have to report it to your credit card company to to cancel.

The monthly subscription must be cancelled by phone. Oh wait, they don't answer the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then put into voice mail. Based on other complaints this is their standard procedure.
The $9.99 'trial subscription' is a complete fraud. It never ends. You can't cancel it on the website, over email, only by phone, but they never pick up the phone (after 30-45min on hold they say to hang up). The only way to stop it is to call your credit card company, alert them of the fraud. They will place a STOP on the charges (without having to cancel your card) and should also refund you for past charges (if you call them early on in the scam, don't wait six months).

I'm currently on hold attempting to cancel my membership, which may or may not even be possible. Unlike basically every other site in the world, you can't cancel online. This is the third time I've tried in the last two days, the last two times I've waited on hold for a half hour before being informed that there are no agents to assist me and I should try again later. I'm at the point of cancelling my credit card, even though that's a huge nuisance, rather than deal with this any more.
I purchased the quarterly package through them because I was using it for fantasy football. I thought I had canceled it but I guess not when I saw a charge go through this month. So when I further investigated the only way to cancel is by calling them. So I had them cancel my account and then this guy that works for them says they cant reimburse even though its only been a day. He also stated that its policy and when I asked to have a manager on the phone he refused and said no its policy. So thats why this company is terrible they pray that you forget to cancel your membership by making it difficult to cancel. From waiting in line on the phone forever, the only way to cancel is by phone, terrible customer service, and then refusing to reimburse you a day after the charges went through. I will be posting this on every review site I can find. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR STEER CLEAR!
I got the one month option, just to try it out. I lost both daily fantasy football in a 15 team league by a lot, I ditched it and placed the next 2 weeks, saw a charge for a second month, and immediately called, but they would not give me a refund, offered me 5 "free" months so I could forget about it and get charged again 5 months later. Its a scam. Its only $10, but nobody likes to get robbed!

The service is the highest priced by far with the most intrusive, in your face advertising out there. Their site functionality has gone down markedly this year. Not worth the money at all. Any good alternate pay sites?
Been using this site for 13 years and the amount of ads they use now is extremely annoying. WAY TOO MANY ADS. When you click on any video there is always (even if you've watched it once) a 30 second commercial that you can't even pause. And if you click on it to opens up another ad! I doubt they care but we will be looking for a new site next year.
I have not been on for a few years, but when I used to use it, it was always several days late on the stories and their fantasy "experts" sucked.
