Overall I am satisfied with the product. I am annoyed that the order wasn't filled as ordered. We had spoken about making contact if there were to be substitutions, yet that didn't happen after I was assured my order could be filled.
This Electric nail arrived really fast. I ordered it late Saturday night and received it Tuesday afternoon. This is the 2nd one I've owned. I like this product because I use a lot of concentrates. This nail is in use a lot.
My old one lasted 5 years. Do not use these Use the to set The temperature for the first time. It remembers the temperature when you turn it on after that. Don't not set passed 999°. If you follow these instructions it will last a long time.
It started to give me error messages, so I am mailing it back. The seller said the money would be put on my card when they receive the item. I mailed it back today, they should get it back by the end of the week. I talked with a representative by the name of Jill. I believe she was from Amazon but she was very helpful. I would've gave them a five if the electric nail worked. Overall it was a good experience.

Stoneman shatter is good quality, really terpy and strong taste. You don't get all the strains you order (5 out of 7 were the ones I selected on my last order). Shipping is fast and right to your door. Will be ordering again.

I'm starting to worry about my other ounce of shatter I bought off this site. Been emailing them ever since September 25,2019. Still today I don't get an email back. Today I only received 1 ounce out of 2. Sad right? I was looking forward to open up my 2 ounces today, only opened 1 out of 2. My hard working $$ will go down the drain if I don't receive my other ounce of shatter.

I ordered over a week ago and have been trying to contact them ever since but with no response I'm starting to really worry they have taken my 650. Day one of ordering they confirmed and day two sent an electronic ticket to CP and hasnt changed since, and no one will get back to me. Been ordering off them twice a month for a year with almost no trouble and am so frustrated and worried now.
Update: got back to me today and are sending a new order, would still be upset if it weren't for the super friendly customer service, they've had some issues recently but I've been assured they are smoothing things out. 5 stars when I get it!

*** update bottom**I ordered an oz of stoneman shatter. After 3 days of no updates on the tracker, I msgd them for details. They said it was Canada posts fault, tried to get another update a week later... No response, I'm out about 700 dollars and I'm very unhappy right now!
Am being told a new parcel will be sent because CP may have taken it. They are trying to rectify it for me. I'll give 5 star when the new package comes.
I am some what upset with the customer service right now. I was fully understandable with the incident that occurred regarding my package they kept in contact but since the initial contact no one will email me back regarding where my new package is or when it is being shipped or anything. I have tried multiple attempts and my boyfriend and I have never had trouble like this but right now I feel like going somewhere else as it's past a week n a bit since I ordered n still nothing! I paid a lot of money over 300 with no explanation.
I find that the shatter is like glass but good to smoke once you melt it a little bit to help stick together can't wait to order more and the online orders take only 5 days, the only place I order my shatter is from this site great stuff even the bomb is good to smoke
