I won about $9000, and had a balance of $9500 on Apr 5 and to date have only been able to withdraw $1200 (I'm writing this review May 4th).

After writing a review on Trustpilot, they tried to get it taken down as defamatory because I'm encouraging users to report them for deceptive trade practices to their state Lottery Gaming and Control Agency. Now today they have shut down my ability to withdraw and are asking me to go through their verification process again.

I have been trying to redeem my small winnings of $100. I have sent pictures of my card, my ID, me holding my ID, my bank statement, several times, in the PDF form they required and every time they have emailed me saying something is wrong. I fix it, something else is wrong. This has been over 2 weeks. They now want a PDF of my bank statement without my balance and transactions being blacked out. I did not cover my account number or the last 4 of the card I've used. Why would it matter if my transactions are covered? It's not their business how much I spend or where. I have given them more than enough proof that I am who I say I am and I'm just done. I will not play that money back and it will sit there. It's not 5 grand, its $100.00. They can keep the money and I will spread the word. I have been verified at several online casinos and this is the first time I've EVER had to deal with this back and forth. They think everyone is trying to scam them, yet they seem like the scammers.

Everything works like it should and the wins feel fair. The RTP is solid - it varies by game, but overall it's better than what I've seen on other sites. I do wish there were more types of incentives, though.

Add Aviator and classic board games! It's too bad they're not there. I can state that this is a good platform that maintains its promises and follows responsible gaming standards

The site works well and has a lot of games that aren't like any others. I'm really glad that my fav games like Buffalo and Fortune 7 are here. Overall, it's enjoyable to play here, but I think it would be much more fun if there were more weekly events or tournaments with rankings.

The weekly bonus gifts are big and let you test out different slots. This casino is more for fun than for winning something real.

My time here has been mostly good. The games are fun, colorful and don't lag. I'd just prefer if there were a few more classic cards tables because I enjoy those as much as slots.
