THEY ARE STALLING AND HAVE BEEN SO FOR ALMOST A MONTH ON IT. I am truly done with this scam company. It will go out of business just like Cardpool.

Beware sending this site your unwanted gift cards, especially via the USPS regular mail. There's no way to recoup your property, that I know, if you send CardCash your gift cards, without paying for extra postage to receive a tracking number. It would be pathetically easy for the someone at the post office, or CardCash itself, to claim they never received your cards-and cash them in or keep them for themselves. Taking the time and extra money might cut into your profits, but may be a better idea if you send your cards via UPS or another specialized delivery service.

I sold a 50.00 card from Barnes and Noble for an Amazon card. I am a book lover but due to age and arthritis I use Kindle exclusively. The offer I accepted was for an Amazon card amount of 37.00. I was told the gift card was sent. It wasn't. I contacted customer service and they finally agreed to send it again. Once again it did not arrive. I sent several emails and a phone call which sounded like it went to India. Never got a response. Their customer service is non existent. I went through all of my emails in my spam folder, deletes and in box. Their emails made it but the payment didn't. This has gone on since 6-20-2024. I'm going to make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who will listen. So I'm out the 37.00 agreed upon and lost any use of the Barnes card of fifty dollars. Not a big amount for most but significant for a retiree! But beware big time!

I bought a $100 Chili's gift card. I tried to use it and the balance was $0. I contact cash card and was told that I did not use the gift card within 45 days. I used it a few days later. NO EXCEPTIONS!

They just kept my money, even though I did not even get a partial benefit. Very sneaky.

Past three perfectly legitimate gift cards were not accepted by their computer system. This means that their business is completely useless. I suggest trying someplace else.

They took all the funds off my gift card and didn't notify me. They never sent me my money, they also don't respond to messages. They're SCAMMERS!

I was given an offer for my gift card and decided to take it. I entered my gift card information they processed it then canceled the process but took the money from my card. Still haven't received the money back on the gift card or the money they offered me and that was in April! Scam... they take your money/gift card.

The card I paid for, had never reached me. 18 days later the CardCash offered to wait indefinitely till USPS will return it - no time frame

So I was doing research everywhere on the internet trying to sell my gift card apparently payday loans don't buy gift card anymore. So anyways this site cashcard kept popping up as one the top websites to sell gift cards of course theirs always unhappy customers that don't agree with the service they provided to them so I was really hesitate to go through this company so i decided why not take the risk give them a shot so once I went through the process of selling my gift card to cashcard the process was a little bit difficult at first since a lot of verification I had an amazing customer service support I had told her what issues I was having took care of it right away and within 24hours or less they accepted my gift card and got the funds the same day and I was able to get the money that I needed thank you so much for the help and look forward to working with cashcard :) also the value you get for the card isn't bad at all definitely recommend this company

I tried to sell a gift card, and I entered by credit card stuff since you need some 1 dollar hold to verify yourself. But then, it charged me twice for some reason and proceeded to decline my order, still holding onto my money. Customer service is 12 days, wtf.

I had 2 target gift cards for $25/ea. I got $42 on a digital Mastercard the next day. I then transferred the money to my cashapp. It was easy and hassle free.

They steal your info then give a bunch of nonexistent phone numbers to recieve a text. They need bank account #, credit card #, and the gift card number before they hit with their idenity verification rigged bs where the give you like nine phone numbers that they come up with to recieve a text or phone call and the list doesn't include the contact number you entered on the previous page.
That makes no sense!

Sunday night Adidas Card has zero balance after giving the number to cardcash and ejgiftcards right after cardcash yesterday which was Saturday. The sell order was never accepted at cardcash as I explained above.

There are reports on BBB of people's balances being zeroed after cardcash rejects the order. If ejgiftcards pays me for the card then there is nothing to see here. If not cardcash is the culprit. Nobody else had the gift card number and pin but those two. The Adidas card had over $250 dollars on it. Tread carefully with CardCash. Will update when I figure out which site zeroed the balance out...

Update May 22 never paid by ejgiftcards for the adidas gift card. Was due to be paid on May 19th. I believe cardcash zeroed out the balance before ejgiftcard could sell it.

This is such a great way to redeem gift cards that you forgot about or just don't use. The process is simple the payout is great!

It's easy to use and you receive payment quickly. However I would like the option to be able to sell cards valued at more than $500. Plenty of options to buy/sell different stores and great payout for the cards and great value for purchasing.
