Cooler was shipped in a timely manner, but I live in Punta Gorda, Fl.and the cooler was dropped off in Tampa Fl. 100 miles north of where I live. The resident in Tampa that received my cooler called me and made arrangements for me to drive to his home to pickup my cooler.
Easy as 1-5. Following the 5 steps made it easy to order and checkout.
