So first they say they want verification by me sending a pic of myself holding Id. There's even a photo as reference. They reject it saying it's not clear. I send a clearer photo. Rejected. I send a photo of the ID zoomed in since they have my photo already. No response. I now have money on hold with PayPal. I emailed them three times just asking what they want from me or to just give me a refund. No response for days.
What a terrible service.

I don't like the fact that can't talk to customer service about what went wrong about something I never received my money back and my receiptent never received his card I lost my $50.00 went to a waste money that I didn't have never again Will I order from here so disappointed I'm frustrated and this is upsetting

I brought a gift card and asked for my money to be refunded for them to then send me another card that doesn't even work in my country and I asked for them to just refund everything and take back the card but they won't. So they are just thieves really.

I payed the money for the card and verified my email and it asked for more verification such as ID and posting a photo of yourself? I think this is ridiculous and a complete waste of money. Don't bother giving your money to them! I hope this helps someone as I've come to learn that they are paying people to put good reviews.
