Went for a $1 report with PublicCarCheck.com. They signed me up for monthly account without my permission. Went with their chat to stop it and fought for weeks before they finally refunded the $28.95 charge. The next month CarDataOnline.com is charging me for the same signup. Both show an address of 8824 Morning Place. They claim I signed up with them using the same date as the first guys. Had to cancel the card to stop this scam. Don't know what other business names they may be going under. Avoid them at all costs.
Cool company ordered a 70s mustang from the USA a week later they brought London thank you very much
I was charged $18 for the last 3 months unwillingly, currently try to cancel the account. Don't trust the website

Fast info, did list the manufacturer buyback that I was interested in, and Darain quickly responded when I asked for more information about that buyback. I AM alarmed to read others comments about being charged $18.99 monthly from that point on, and the warnings to check your credit card for additional charges from the company.
I got all the info I needed. But now I see that a couple reviews say they were charged $18.99 a month for consecutive months($60 to $100). The info I got was good so I'm going to buy this truck and watch my account.
Accurate info for a great price gave me all the info that I needed and was looking for. I needed to provide proof that vehicle was registered here in Conway South Carolina.

I WAS TOLD IF I PAID $1 THAT I WOULD DE A VIN REVIEW, WHICH I DID, THEN THEY CHARGED ME $18.95 (WITHOUT I NOTICING IT) FOR 3 MONTHS CONSECUTIVELY, AND WOULD HAVE CHARGE MORE IF I HAD NOT CALLED IN... ALL THEY COULD DO WAS STOP IT HENCE FORTH, SO I HAD TO EAT $60 FOR NOT CATCHING THEIR SCHEME SOONER! BEWARE!

As I'm skeptical with most things that seem too good to be true... especically online. However, CarHistory swung the skepticism meter the other direction. Paid $1 and got a very comprehensive report. Told me what I needed to know relative to junk/salvage, damage, theft, etc... Would come here again in a second for my next vehicle purchase decision!
Easy to find information on your vehicle or one you are thinking of purchasing. Didn't list mine as a motor home, which it is.
