I had placed an order with this company and upon review of my order being placed I realize the shipping address was wrong I called them that evening, minutes after my order was placed and since it was outside of business hours I left a voicemail for them to call me back. The next morning as soon as their business hours said they were open, I called them I did get a hold of a customer service representative it was A man and he was very nonchalant about correcting my order. He said everything would be fine and order would ship to the correct address. I asked him to send me a confirmation email and he told me that there is no way that he could do that. I asked him why and he said that his system does not allow it. I got off the phone with him and immediately sent an email to customer service explaining that this man I talked to was very nonchalant and didn't seem to know what he was doing and I was concerned that the change had not been made. The next morning I got an email stating that my order was confirmed and that it would ship to the wrong address. I was a little perturbed but figured I would just call and fix it. I called eight times that day with no pick up or response. I left multiple voicemails. No one ever got back to me. I sent multiple emails no one ever got back to me. I found them on Facebook and put a concerning review on their Facebook page and once they saw that they deleted it and proceeded to block me from the page. I have friends and family that have commented on their page since then asking them to get back to me please and they told them that I have used excessive profanity on their Facebook page and that is why they had blocked me. I did not do that, I never used in inappropriate language. Once enough people made a fuss, they decided to delete all the comments that were made concerning me. As of right now all of those comments have been deleted and I have been lied about. I would never ever ever order from this company again and I would never ever recommend anyone else to order from this company. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company and I am a palled at how they have behaved. They should be ashamed of themselves, lying about people! I wish I could leave by zero as their review.
Answer: This outfit is T E R R I B L E... I have never had someone lie like the employee "Jessie" I was to receive a credit back to my credit card which never did happen, despite his saying he would take care of it. Then I called him and he acted like our conversation never happened. The guy is a complete liar. NEVER buy anything from Canvas Bees... a worthless outfit.
