Everything I needed in one place, so that was great. The ordering process was easy and staff friendly. The delivery, however, did not go to plan. Despite being told I would get notice ahead of delivery, that did not happen. I was told it would be a morning delivery and waited around. Delivery came in the afternoon but no-one came to the door to tell us. It was just dumped on the grass verge instead of the driveway where I asked for the timber to be deposited so I had to move it.
Overall ok experience.

They told me stock was in and after placing an order, it wasn't.
They told me they would call me - They didn't, I called them
I paid for 60lm and only received 53.88 If I measure to the exact centimetre.

Easy to deal with and a pretty seamless experience. Only issue I had was that I asked for a 30 minute warning before the delivery driver arrived so I had time to get to the site but he rang after he arrived.

When I entered canterbury timber yard was asking a young man who was in the store some questions about what product I needed to remove the glue from window tinting film he suggested De-solv-it was very happy on how polite and knowledgeable he was on his products,and also helped me with other products I also needed,I found the whole team very friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable I can't recommend this store enough look forward in many more DIY projects I will be completing. Great service and very pleasant team members, very amicable to change in collection and also helped with website App issues.

I've order online and I left a comment "please supply 3 m call length as much as you can but when I got my order there is 0m length. And Driver bring my order with a big truck and he couldn't deliver on my door. He left my order, far away from my garage door and i took them with hand to my house. It takes 30minutes for 210 m timber, he didn't even help me That was his responsibility to deliver my order to my door.
