I had previous medication on autoship then changed address on the website and confirmed it was updated but they shipped an order to my old address and never refunded me. It says the order was "redirected" when looking at shipping info but I never got to me and I never got any response or refund. I had to create a new account to make sure it sent to my new address. So do not trust their system to change address even if you confirm it. If you move it's best to just make a whole new account otherwise you can lose a full order.
CanadaPetCare offers a great service but I have had a few issues with getting my shipping changed when moving. I moved address and updated my address but my medication has been sent to my old address despite confirming that I changed my address so you may need to cancel an account completely and recreate a new one if moving to not have this issue.
