BIG TIME SCAM! We lost more than 10,000Euros and 1,5years (more than 2 by now) in the process with this company. From the start, detailed service and information, gathering all documents required for a Canadian FSK Visa, then less and less replies, ghosted now. Contacted immigration and got told we were indeed entered by them but with false information and therefore too little requirements to actually proceed. This was 1 YEAR AGO! And they did not even tell us about any of it. DONT USE! DONT PAY! STAY AWAY! BIG TIME SCAM! And don't comment with *Please get in touch with us* YOU WILL NOT REPLY ANYWAY! Ive been trying for weeks.
UPDATE July 2025
After this review i was indeed called by somebody from GMC, who told me that he would take care of our case now or offered a small refund. They wanted me to sign a document to put the case 'on hold' for the refund to be processed. But you might guess that since then, nobody is answering my emails or calls and again I'm being ghosted.
UPDATE Feb 2026
After telling them in November I would report this to Canadian Authorities for immigration fraud I was contacted and promised a 10% refund. That was 4 months ago. STILL NOTHING. So I will go ahead and do that now. Big time IMMIGRATION FRAUD. This needs to stop!
They refuse to be transparent about their services. They refuse to provide an itemized list of charges, and their cancellation policy is laughable at best (The form they insist is "industry standard" prohibits negative reviews)

For starters they incorrectly stated my age, address, and gender on several documents. Their team was not organized through emails, I was constantly talking to a new person having to reexplain my situation. They told me that they could 100% get me an holiday visa only to find out that I could not get one. Looked at visa different options, they were not upfront about the requirements - they're "providing informational services" that are not accurate.

I filled the form on CanadaGMC website to book an appointment. I booked an appointment hoping to discuss various paths towards the Canadian PR, basically just an appointment to get more information and to understand my options. Nothing more.
Following filling up the form, on the next day their immigration consultant called me to "check eligibility".
During the call consultant asked question about my situation, my visa status, where I'm from, etc.
Later after obtaining that information the consultant asked for my bank card info. Not full details, only first 6 digits of my debit card. When questioned why is this information needed, the consultant started to say that I will need representation in the future and they need this information to "verify that I can afford their representation services".
To which I questioned why is it necessary, I just want to set an appointment to ask for information. The consultant replied that I still have to provide the 6-digits of the debit card, and reiterated that I need representation. They continued with saying that all the PR related information is available online and why do I need to talk to a consultant if I can read everything online myself.
I repeated that I just want to have an information appointment. I am not interested in a representation at the moment. To which the consultant basically continued to press on the need for the debit info.
This back-n-forth continued for about 15 minutes, until I tried to end the call. The consultant insisted that all information needs to be completed at the moment and that I won't be able to reach them later.
After which I ended the call.
To summarize, they check all the red flags for scam. Regardless of whether they are legit organization or not, they present themselves as a typical pushy scammer, creating urgency and denying any reasonable explanation for questions.
Don't deal with these guys, there are better options who can assist you while respecting you, your privacy, and while being professional.

Despite my inquiries regarding the process, fees, and modus operandi, these fundamental questions went unanswered. Instead, the consultant insisted on asking questions before providing any clarity on their services, rendering the exchange unproductive. Unfortunately, as our discussion progressed, the consultant's demeanor shifted from unhelpful to outright rude, further exacerbating my frustration.
Ultimately, I decided to disengage from CanadaGMC and sought assistance from a professional lawyer who provided the support and clarity I needed for my process. While I acknowledge that the quality of service at CanadaGMC may vary depending on the consultant assigned, my personal experience left much to be desired. Had the initial consultant been more attentive and respectful towards my inquiries, they may have secured a new client. However, their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism ultimately drove me away.
In conclusion, I caution potential clients considering CanadaGMC to approach their services with scrutiny, as my experience highlights the importance of clear communication and respect for clients' concerns in any professional interaction.
