Cali Tiger

I just received my order. At first I was confused, as the items I received did not look like on the pictures on IG. The quality is not great. The necklaces and ring that I ordered are very flimsy. The design is cute, but not worth it. Eventhough, I bought mine on a discount. And, it looks like this is a dropship.
Also, with the amount of money I paid, I am expecting to a least have their product in a cloth, not this plastic resealable bag that it came in. The box is well made thought.

After 6 months wait due to courier delivery issues, Cali Tiger kindly sent a full replacement order which arrived as expected, and I am VERY happy with the products. Necklaces and rings were better then I even expected, lovely package box and car card included. Issue was around the courier company in Australia, not with Cali Tiger. Thank you!

Avoid buying from here at all costs! I like many others gave into their attractive marketing and insta photos by doing a one off mystery box special where I only had to pay shipping. I received a cheap yellow ring and had immediately cancelled my subscription to avoid further charges yet it still charges me $40USD for the next month's box - with no way of cancelling it. I then email to request a refund and they tell me "they can't refund sale items or online specials" even tho I had paid FULL price for it and NO where does it say that the mystery boxes cannot be refunded.

Horrible, cheap and deceiving company. How disappointing that there's still popular companies that operate like this while getting away with it.

I just received the products and they are so cheap looking it looks like I bought them out of a gumball machine. Of course they do this shady thing where they offer tons of sales and then when you purchase you aren't able to return the items because "it was on sale". Disgusting company, don't shop here unless you want to buy from a shady business that sells overpriced cheap / fake crap.

The return policy of Calitiger is a trap. They offer all site discounts year-round. But once you purchase anything that is on discount, it obligates the return policy. They silently apply the "All Sales Final" policy but let you know only when you are requesting a return.

The customer service contact is one-way. There is no phone number of the contact. All the available customer service is through emails.

Don't buy from them.

I sincerely regret purchasing from Cali Tiger. Avoid them at all costs! All of their positive reviews must be fake or written by people who have never seen real jewelry before. On receipt, this jewelry looks like it came from a vending machine. They jack the prices way up to create an illusion of quality, which it is not. It has the weight and feel of plastic that's been painted gold. I've purchased higher quality items from Forever21. They try to pass themselves off as an Australian brand, but they really just drop ship this crap straight from China. Don't be fooled by their "14-day hassle free return policy." You can't use it, because it doesn't apply to anything purchased "on sale" or with a discount code. What they don't tell you is that there is a "flash sale" every single day on their website, with a discount code that applies automatically, so there's no way to even purchase something that isn't "on sale." They are advertising a return policy they don't have. It's a scam.

This company is advertising as an Australian based business, however, their products are manufactured and shipped directly from China. They promote their free shipping policy, but do not advertise that is takes over 65 days to arrive (written on their FAQ page). You might as well order jewelry from DressLily.com as it's most likely coming from the same warehouse for a fraction of the price. Overall not impressed with Cali Tiger's advertising tactics and quality of their products. I will not order from this company again.
