Ordered HDMI cables and their website states they have braiding covering. When delivered none of the cables had the braiding! Also the part numbers on the plastic bags housing the cables bear no resemblance to what ordered, so it's debatable whether you get what ordered.

Trying to get them by telephone is impossible but did mangage to get through after about twenty attempts and spoke to a lady who had no clue about the part numbers or the braiding; complete waste of time. Sent and email and they finally responded many days later to say that the information on their website was wrong.

They have still not corrected their website so I have now been in touch with Trading Standards as this company are misleading the public.

Can't believe how bad this company is and good customer service is alien to them. Would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere as there are much better cable suppliers out there that are far more professional.

My experience The order never arrived and this lot pick and choose which emails they answer even if you do get an acknowledgement from their automated email answering system.

Called them to listen to someone tell me he has no access to their own records - unbelievable!

Have asked and and asked for a refund all to no avail so now forced to get the Crefdit Card company involved for a refund.

What a terrible lot to buy from and if you are thinking of so doing my advice is to first lie down until you feel better

Bought two lightening cables from CablesUK. These took an age to arrive and I had to pay a fee for under-postage and collect from the Post Office (CablesUK later refunded this). The cables would not charge my iPad and when I questioned this, I was told that they were not designed for an iPad (lightening cable - made for Apple products?). Gave one to my daughter for her iPhone and they charged slowly to start with and then stopped working. CablesUK offered an exchange but expected me to fund the return postage. I decided to just throw them away. My advice - shop elsewhere!

Ordered HDMI-miniHDMI cable - received HDMI-HDMI cable. Needed one in a hurry so had to go and buy one in the high street.

Checked my printout of order and confirmed had ordered correctly. Several polite emails exchanged and sent scan of packaging. No further response for a fortnight so telephoned to be met by statement from sales person Paul Jackson that I had to email and he had no access to my data (having tried to quote order number.) Asked him what I should do if I get no response to emails, e.g. come and camp on their doorstep upon which he simply hung up.

Arrived on time and surprised at how great the quality was of the product.
