ATTENTION! Do not use BYDFI. They are scammers and all they do is take all your deposits under the guise of investment and promise you big profits but in the end they leave you dry and empty. That is what they did to me. They gave me false hope and made me believe that I was making profits and encouraged me to keep depositing but the moment I asked to withdraw my funds they showed me what a scam company they are. It was a very painful experience for me.

I have a crypto dealer who is fabulous (CD) but wanted a back up one, and what a mistake I made! I did a sample run - buying only $100 in coin just to test the platform out. First of all, they have no "sign up" page or information! You fill out as you go and make tons of errors! Well, after a week I finally resolved the issue myself - no thanks to their support who doesn't seem to be able to read an explanation of the problem. Yes, I closed the account today because my assets were finally sent out! The thought of not having that stress, day in and day out with BYDFi makes me want to celebrate with a party! What a terrible thing to have to go through for something that should be so simple! With new accounts they need to say - complete this, this and this if you're going to be buying or trading coins (why else would anyone open an account) - instead of here's your account and then with every move you make - Ohhh...to do that you need to complete this first and, by the way, now your account will be locked for 24 hours! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Try Crypto Distributors - deal with the owner who actually cares! A horror of an experience with BYDFi!

Please don't be mislead by this company, they took all I had invested I was foolish to have trusted them. They froze my wallet and locked me out, even the representative that was always calling stopped. I never knew chargeback was easy until I met (Solvlyin) on Telegram. They handled my case intelligently and kept me updated with the status of my reclaim until I recovered every 90 percent of my invested.

They falsify order prices. They freeze your account under certain circumstances. Do not touch this platform, you might win at first but its all fake. All the other reviews are most likely fake too.

It's a useful app with a smooth user experience, overall, there aren't any major issues. However, occasional lag is something I hope to avoid.
