I've been buying from Weedsly for 1+ years, and I never had a problem! The last time they lost an item and told me it was lost in the warehouse. I emailed Weedsly to complain and demanded their phone number. Seriously, the rep I spoke to was kind, attentive, and efficient! They ended up sending the cart out with an extra free cart for my troubles! Ask for Jason at support, he is great.

Purchased 2 carts, never received a confirmation email that my money was received, which seems strange this day in age. Emailed a week after I ordered to follow up, it has now been 6 weeks and no return of my email and no sign of my product.
DON'T DO IT! There are plenty of other sites that actually run a legit business and do deliver.

I love the item which is why I did not return, However, I am dissatisfied with the company's customer service. When I reached out to support through email twice! No response. Once they ship carts to you, they seal up your case and you no longer matter…till you make another order. This is unacceptable. Booo!

I ordered a Skywalker OG for my Starwars obsessed cousin. Great condition, nice looking carts. Kudos for Kingpen for putting effort in the design. Upon opening the bag my cousin looked happy and laughed when he read the title. Based on this experience, I love this company.

I am very satisfied, with the Items that I chose. Untouched, sealed well, and is the real thing. One cart had a tiny malfunction. The threading was messed up. They gave me a refund and I got to keep the cart. Amazing quality and decent collection of choices. Just love it.

I sent back a cartridge using their shipping label and now they can't find my return which was shipped back to them over 2 weeks ago. This is utter and complete nonsense. It took three additional weeks to get refunded. The worst CS ever.

NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS... THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE AS $#*!. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS $#*!. THEY WILL BURN IN HELL.

I ordered from this company and I was nervous initially. Relax because you will be in awe. Everything is as described on the site. Great customer service and fast shipping. Overall the best website experience I had in a while. Take it from me I've been buying low-schedule drugs from stores online for a long time.

I purchased a Kingpen oil cartridge from this site and the shipping was free. Absolutely ridiculous that I can get something like this in the mail. For the amount they are charging, I am really happy. This place is a real find.

This was my first time ordering on the site and I read thoroughly how it works. When I get the cartridge, it needs a battery to use! They never mention anything of the sort. Now im stuck staring at an unusable cartridge.
When you spend your money, you believing you can use it on arrival. This is literally not worth the headache. Very upset.

Seeing all the reviews from this website and Reddit, good and bad, I thought maybe some people got the bad end of the stick.

I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG

After sending the bitcoin and not getting a response I realized every and I mean EVERY good review they have are from the company themselves. They create fake accounts that look like they are real people. They even went as far as using previous Reddit accounts to try and justify or boost the reputation of the company.

I got finessed and I'm actually glad it wasn't over $100 because that would've been even worse.

Moral of the story…
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND EVERY GOOD REVIEW EVEN THE ONES THAT SAID THEY GOT HALF OF THE ORDER ARE PEOPLE FROM THE COMPANY MAKING FAKE REVIEWS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RESPOND.

This was my very first experience buying an item on this site. I looked over all of the similar sites and decided on this one. When my cartridges arrived, I was THRILLED by the results. A Perfect and authentic Kingpen cartridge in Pristine Condition. It was packed carefully and beautifully by this amazing company. I'm so happy and will recommend Weedsly to everyone!

They said it shipped and I waited and waited. They lied. I emailed customer service like 50 times and they lied the whole time. Then they said they are out of stock. They sent me a refund. So it seems like they never even shipped it in the first place. Wasted a ton of time for nothing. At least got a refund. Buy from a crack addict. Just not this company.

Do not give them your money. You've been WARNED. Total SCAM. All other positive reviews are FAKE.

I had to reorder carts because I got the wrong flavor. They sent me a new cart without me having to send back the mistaken cart. They really take responsibility for their mess-ups.

I have bought numerous items from Weedsly, but recently bought 3 carts (with a free battery) that wasn't shipped for 3 weeks. Even though I have complained nothing was done. It makes you wonder what's really going on over there. No reason was given for the long delay. I eventually got the order, but it was after the holidays. I find this to be bad business. The employees over there should smoke less of their own product.

I'm a huge fan of Weedsly. One thing I really can't understand--and I think this is one area where you can improve. Your cartridge descriptions are laughable. I'm a writer and marketing professional. The descriptions in many cases aren't even close to describing the actual cartridge. It's just flowery nonsense. They don't describe what the THC content is. I would love to talk further about this! Better descriptions could save you time and money with returns.

I read that the carts sometimes come cracked so I was worried. These were brand new carts and look like they came right off the rack. The price was high for a gram, but will buy again.

You have been publicly warned; pay them only if you have too much money.
Scammerrrrrs! I ordered and I received an email saying my order was shipped. I got the actual order 3 months later. I'm not kidding. 3 months! I'm pretty sure they lied about even shipping when sending the email out. I sent an email and they told me that it was shipped from the warehouse and that the tracking would be updated that night. A few days later I received an email that they were out and I had to wait. Then waited for 3 months… the product wasn't even good. 3 months for weed oil.
One good thing only, they reply super fast. But scammers usually do.
