BuyTestSeries

I purchased Bank exams video lectures from them. They answered all my questions that to 10 pm in the night. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I got the lectures on time and i am very happy with my purchase.

I found them to be very helpful and infact they really served me well. I called them around 12 in the night and they picked up the call and answered my queries. I purchased NEET exam Test series & books from them. I wish them good luck as they wished me the same ;).

I purchased 2 books from them last week. Bith of them were delivered to me in 2 days time. I got 26% discount on both the books combined. Very fast delivery. Thank you BTS.

I don't know why so much bad ratings but am overall satisfied with their service. I had ordered 3 CA books and it took me 12 days to receive all the books, so am happy and yeah i got better discount than our own local stores.

The delivery service is pathetic. I ordered an MCQ book on 8th Sept 2019, They confirm the order immediately and asked for payment, however, they dispatched the book on 16th Sept 2019. And I (virtually) received the book on 15th Oct 2019. And when I contacted the customer they were just as ignorant as I was about the parcel. NEVER BUY FROM THERE GUYS

I purchased a book from them for my son and i got the delivery in 4 to 5 days as they said. I am happy with my purchase as I got discount + additional Paypal cashback from their end. Thank you BTS. Keep it up.

Bogus and worst website. Never deliver books and even if delivered it takes almost a month. Never go for the website as COD is not available. These guys cancel your order and do not have courtesy to inform you about cancellation or even refund of money.

I ordered two books from this website. One on 15/08/2019 and the other one on 19/08/2019. They claim to dispatch it within 48 hours. But they have not dispatched my books yet. It's 06/09/2019 today and I haven't received any of them. Don't go for this site if you don't want to waste your valuable time. Their support is even the worst.

It has been 19 days since I placed the order for a book for which I had paid online at the time of placing order. On calling up the customer service, they had assured me that I would get the book within 4 days of the phone call. Its been well over a week now and I have not received the book and they are not even replying to my mails or trying to keep me posted. Never buy book from this site.

Worst inventory management and they show products which are not in stock, and they only want money and they refund any money after failure of order, never buy from here

I received my video lectures in 2 days of ordering. Seriously fast and amazing. Well i am really skeptical about the reviews here as I have always seen people sharing only bad experience and not the good ones. They take good experiences for granted. I am really happy and wanted to share this good experience and hence writing this review.

WORST SERVICES...
NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS WORST SITE. Buytestseries
Their customer executive behave very rudely
They dont even reply to the queries regarding orders
Delivery is very late
Better pay a little more and go for other sites like amazon or makemydelivery. But never opt for this stupid site.

I have placed two books orders consecutively, they sent me the wrong tracking details of one order. I received one book but didn't received my first ordered book. Don't know whether they sent the book or not. When I messaged them they simply showing the order which I received, but they have no clue about my other book ordered. Worst response from their staff

I purchased video lecture for which they send me wrong videos and also did not deliver on promised time. For replacement I had a headache even if it was Clearly their mistake. They even told me pay additional amt as they had mentioned wrong amt for product! Highly not recommend. Plz prefer other sites.

I have purchased lectures from buytest series and it is not supporting in my laptop and i wanted to return it and when i contacted them all members are giving me each other numbers. I am saying to all students please do not purchase from these websites there are many other websites to purchase it.
Please please please do not purchase from it

They have ample amount of packages so you can choose the best amongst them. I bought GATE lectures and go the delivery on time. I recommend their services to all.

THe site has a lot of variety and is easy to search and quick purchase - I am happy customer

Quick delivery - helpful call center. I recommend it.
