On September 1,2020 I paid $29.98 for what I thought would be a "lifelike animal" but was mailed an old, bent up stuffed animal (see attached). This is a fraudulent website! Why hasn't law enforcement shut it down! Their website also states to email *******@gmail.com to request a refund. However, that address doesn't exist!
Your company is a pure scam, people don't order anything from this company it's pure B. S. I ordered 3 months ago, e-mail them 4 times. Not even something. The only Thing this company is good for is taking you money

This is the most unrealistic ugly thing I have ever ordered. I am so dissapointed after the way this was described. I looked at the way that I have to send it back in the original box, which I no longer have. HELP!
Nothing this company says is true. Please don't be fooled by the fake commercials. They are all lies. I have over 15 emails from them saying my Yorkie was coming. It's been over a month now since I was told it would be shipped in 3 to 5 days. I asked for my money back and they had the nerve to say just keep doll and they would give discount on next one. As if I'd ever order anything from them again and I never got the thing. I wish we could stop the advertisement for there products but this will have to do.
I paid $29.99 for a simple plush dog that you can buy at any discount store for less than $5.00. The advertising on this site is misleading! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered free animals the Husky the kitten and the white dog I never received the Husky and the kitten and when the white dog came to me it was a hard stuffed animal it didn't move like the site said it would it didn't walk it was not real at all it was worse than a stuffed animal these people should be ashamed of themselves and if there is a class action lawsuit Im in. I am out close to $100 from the scam site and you can't get a hold of them they have changed their name three times that I know of stay away do not send them any money
I ordered the husky combo order and paid $65 plus tax and shipping. I live on social security and have very little extra cash after bills are paid. Bought husky for special needs individual and was extremely disappointed. I only wish I could give a "0" star and not a one-star.
Cheap 25 cents stuffed dog. This company needs to be sued. This toy is so bad that I will not put it even in the toy box as it does not deserve the space. I put it straight away in the trash. Total waste of 30 bucks. Refunds should be sent to all buyers.

Like these "new born" babies, make believe puppies are crappy dollars stores figurines... I fell in that trap like an amateur and just want to say it. Impulsive decisions are bad decisions. If it's too good to be true; well it's not true. Don't send your money for this.
After realising the photos were of real dogs not a toy etc and managed to trace where the photos came from obv not this company I read the small print and there is a section near the bottom that states this company is not responsible for what it sells or the pics on there sadly it is a scam
They made it out to be that the dog can run and jump. Absolute lies. Returning and want my money back
There is no toy that can move like these real dogs! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! AMERICANS DO NOT BUY! FOREIGN SCAMMERS. I WAS SCAMMED BY A COMPANY OUT OF MALAYSIA CALLED VONLUX. I I ESCALATED THE CASE WITH PAYPAL. PAYPAL TOOK AROUND 2 MONTHS TO INVESTIGATE. I DID WIN MY MONEY BACK. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.
TAKE PICTURES! If you didn't use paypal call the credit card company or bank. FYI THEY HAVE MANY DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES AND I BELIEVE THIS IS ONE OF THEM! SCAMMERS GET A REAL JOB AND QUIT STEALING FROM PEOPLE WHO WORK REAL JOBS FOR A LIVING! PIECES OF $#*!!
Total rip off from what they advertise all you get is a poor quality stuffed dog! WOW Took long time to receive and I paid extra for air shipping.
I ordered a Husky Dog from them on 9-4-20. It's been a month still didn't receive, I kept emailing them about my order now their telling me that their going to refund my money that their out of stock. This is a scam you should take it down.
The item you actually receive is a stuffed toy you can buy many places for a dollar. Biggest waste! Don't fall. Send too good to be true because it is. Pretty much bait & switch - show you cute and send you garbage! My personal experience!
