Ahhhh, where do I begin, there are too many problems with my orders, where to begin. I ordered all my christmas oresenrs early, only to gave most of them arrive with the wrong otems, torn items, or indead no utem at all on 4 ocassions. I have still to respond to emails from management revarding my horrible two months experience. I loved, in the past, to buy from your company, I am sadended by my experience and the stress it has caused.

Some orders perfect, many times floored due to lack of stock. I am always disappointed by the lead time - ie no notice that items cant be fulfilled.

I have placed a few orders and have great service! The variety is fantastic and can't believe I don't have to go to hot busy stressful shopping Centre's to get my Christmas shopping done.
The item I bought for myself was as pictured and sizing chart was helpful. I had lots of compliments and friends couldn't believe the price when I told them. The access to delivery details is also good and items I've bought as presents arrived when expected.
The first site I go to when wanting clothing, shoes, make-up, gifts, toys, linen, cleaning supplies etc. You only pay 1 postage charge even if you order more than one item and returns are no problem if items don't fit.
An all round top shopping site.
I have shopped with BuyInvite a number of times and usually they are really good. This time however my purchase was supposed to be delivered by 26th November, and by the looks of things the items have not left the warehouse, it is now 6 December. I am now thinking that it is unlikely that i will receive the goods before christmas. I have received no communication around this at all. I am very disappointed in this particular purchase.
