Ruined Our Easter – Used, Broken Bike and Zero Accountability
I am beyond disappointed. I specifically chose to purchase from this company because I wanted to support an American business and expected a certain level of quality—especially for something as important as an Easter gift for my son. What I received was the complete opposite.
The bike arrived looking USED, with visible wear and broken pieces right out of the box. The instruction manual and tags were missing. This was supposed to be a special surprise for my child, and instead it turned into frustration and disappointment. It completely ruined our Easter.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was told that I would be responsible for return shipping costs—for a defective product that weighs over 50 pounds. That is completely unacceptable. As a single mom, I do not have the time or extra money to fix a company’s mistake.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and honestly feels disrespectful to customers. Sending out damaged products and then shifting the burden onto the buyer is not how a reputable company operates.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here. I will never purchase from this company again.

I live near Burromax, they assembled the mini bike and installed the training wheels for free! Being able to pick it up saved shipping costs.
This Lil mini bike is great! Quality built and safe speed for a 5 yr old. Getting ready to buy one for myself.

These are very well made bikes for the value. I got the TT250 for my son who just turned 4. This will be a great bike to pass down to his younger brother. I think I will definitely upgrade to the next advance bike once my son gets old enough based upon this great quality

Bought this for my 5 year old daughter and this bike was perfect. She wanted a Dirtbike not an ATV so the training wheels are great. Easy to assemble as well.

Bought this for my nephews as a Christmas present since the youngest has been asking for a motorcycle for about 4 years now. It shipped quickly (arrived within a week) which was surprising. Since Christmas is still a ways out I assembled the bike and tested it out to make sure it worked as expected. The weight capacity according to the instruction manual is 250lbs and I weigh about 235, so this is a little stress test for the bike. I switched it to high mode and rode it around the neighborhood. This thing could move. I know it's only about 14mph on the high mode but it went at a decent speed around the neighborhood considering my weight. I'm sure my nephews will be happy to have it, then ask for another one so they all can ride together.
