Controller seems to be bad out of the box.
This is second controller I have had to replace. I was I contact with Bill, I had replaced controller and with 40.4v on battery no light's anywhere. I would like to return this controller and, have money applied to the brushless kit that is available. My son has four boys, they love the bike, but not sure how long new controller would last. Bill said new brushless system way to go. Please let me know process for returning.

This is number 3, first one lasted a few days, second one, a couple of weeks, took the bike in and they told me this was the part I needed, hopefully this one last a while. All three would have been under warranty but I was for sure it wasn't this part since I just replaced it so the bike sat a while.
Controller for my 750tt
Shipping wasn't the fastest but the part came in and worked with no issues. They had a video that helped me install it. That plus I have another one to compare. We beat the heck out of these bikes and the only time they break it's usually caused by us getting a little over confident with their capabilities. I know this controller will last a long time.

Need to have a better controller for the 750, this order is the 3rd controller since I bought it from Scott Taylor at Odessa the last of May this year.

Incredible customer service over the phone. So refreshing to deal with Burromax. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because this performance controller for the 750 seems to be a widespread issue. The original went out, bought and installed the upgraded one, it went out after only a few months. Now installing a third one.
Other than that, great experience dealing with them.
