Buffalo Wild Wings

We made reservations for 16 they said an hour wait why not sure wasn't that busy we waited got a table for 8 huh? Weren't allowed to push tables together huh? Everyone had there orders messed up one was dropped on the floor it was cold also. We got there at 5:30 didn't get done till 8:30 I'm not sure about the others but we won't be going back

Stop there on Tuesday evening at Buffalo wild wings Chambersburg told the manager there some of the problems that I had had in the past she went above and beyond to definitely make me happy and to make things right kudos to you ma'am you're a class act when it comes to management exactly what Buffalo wild wings needed thank you very much.

I ORDER ONLINE, IT SAYS ORDER COMPLETE, BUT WHEN I GO PICK IT UP AN HOUR LATER THEY SAY THE ORDER NEVER WENT THROUGH, SO THEN I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR. SOME TRADITIONAL WINGS HAVE TOO MUCH SAUCE, SOME NO SAUCE AT ALL. LATELY THE WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN WORK ANYMORE SO WE TRY TO CALL IT IN AND THEY HANG UP ON US. AND THE LATEST ISSUE, NOW THE TRADITIONAL WINGS ARE ABOUT HALF THE SIZE AND THE PRICES JUST KEEP INCREASING. ITS PRETTY DISGUSTING TO EAT IN RESTAURANT SINCE THE CARPET IS DIRTY AND THE TABLES SMELL LIKE MOLD. B-DUBS HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL.

Just left Buffalo Wild Wing on the date of Sep 16 2022 in Starkville MS. We waited over 30 minutes for our order inside this establishment. Drove 30 minutes back home only to be disappointed because these wings where the worst I've ever had! They were over cooked very hard and tuff to chew, I feel like I've been ripped off for my money I spent at this place. Don't think I'll be coming back to this place again!

The Aberdeen, SD restaurant, has repeatedly provided very poor customer service, whenever we have tried to order from there during peak hours or weekends. The staff at the pick up side are always rude and have no idea what they are doing, and our orders had to be sent back all three times because of multiple reasons. I. e. Cold food, way too spicy, over cooked, wrong order completely. These people need to get their act together. We won't be going back to that store.

I ordered the Ultimate Nachos today through Door Dash. The menu is set by Buffalo Wild wings not Door Dash to Bdubs controls what and how you get anything except the delivery. The nachos only had a sprinkling of cheese, a small tub of sala, and nothing else when they arrived. Their picture of the dish has all the options on it - chili, peppers, chicken, and so on. But those are not the default and the website has them buried so deep you have to dig to find them. The amount of chips was ok but the toppings were almost not there at all. For $2.00 worth of chips, 4 tables spoons of cheese, and a very small tub of sala (think Wendy's ketchup tub for dipping) it's not worth the $10.29 price. I was also charged $20.01 n total but the meal was $10.29, add the delivery fee of about a dollar and a $2.50 tip. That adds up to under $14, not the $20.01 I was charged. Poor buy in my view. I won't be buying that dish or anything else from Buffalo wild wings again.

As I waited 15 minutes just to get Asked if I was helped, I ordered 10 bone in wings six I wanted lemon pepper and 4 habanero mango,
When I receive my order I got five and five OK no biggie but when I went to eat them they were so dry it was pitiful I threw my habanero out because my lemon pepper was so dry that I couldn't even eat them though the lady that eventually serve me was so apologetic and very very nice I will never go back there again

Buffalo wild wings is decent enough to enjoy food and drink. Remember when supermarkets almost gave away chicken wings? I have been to the original wing joint in Buffalo, NY. Those suckers caused the price of wings to go up. Buffalo Wild Wings represents those origins. Who doesn't love shipping a spicy wing into blue cheese, eating it, while they drink a tasty beer. I love that place. Dammit, I haven't been there in a while. There are just too many things to do and the wife gets on my case when I go out for wings and a drink. So what is a man to do in that situation? The answer is to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, have a couple of beers with a batch of wings.

For a company that bases its' name on their main product, you would think that they would have pretty good wings; right? Not! I have been to several of their stores, with friends, and they all have the same thing in common; Small, Dry Wings. They use very small wings to cut costs that have very little meat on them. They deep fry their wings and since there is not much meat on them it makes them very dry. If you put enough sauce on anything you can probably eat it, But Why?

I've tried to really like this restaurant, as my friends want to go there whenever we are in Peoria. Even had a first date there, but I just can't find any wings that I like. They put WAY to much sauce on them and no matter what flavor you order, it seems like everything taste like Tabasco. I usually have a burning tummy and not feeling well the next day. I'm sure for a lot of people it's great and they love it. I just can't handle their sauce. I think I was ever forced to go back, I'd ask for plain no sauce or sauce on the side.

We waited for our food for over an hour at 2:00 in the afternoon. The entire restaurant was covered with filth and disgusting. There were dirty plates everywhere until the large party came in, then they immediately cleaned everything up. The manager told the waiter that she couldn't give a veteran at another table a box to take his free wings home. She said he had to eat it there or leave it. We told her that we had waited for food, drinks, and were surrounded by filth and she said thanks for the input. Jen refused to reduce our bill and Tom refused to come to our table. It was the worst. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!
