Great site & prices, especially on sale items. However, Fedex "Smartpost" lies about the delivery date and changes it all the time, causing havoc on scheduling. It was the free shipping option I was offered, and it took 9 days for my package to arrive to NY from GA. The way it works is Fedex transfers the package to USPS once it is close to the recipient, but USPS has terrible customer service. UPS is worse in terms of handling packages, so it really is picking the lesser of three evils. The standard shipping methods are pressumably better & I've been a customer for years so, 4.5 stars. Love the catalogues given with orders.
I was really impress with all my items. I got a few things wasn't sure of but so glad I got them. I have already told friends and family members about your products.
One of the buckles has already broken so dont look for quality in BUDK products. I know they say you get what you pay for. But you'd expect a simple belt buckle to last more than a day

When getting the products that I ordered, I was not just satisfied but blown away at the quality of the knives and took that I purchased. The knives were amazing look great and felt great. Good product for the price. I would recommend them to anyone as a must have.
Everything I have ordered so far was worth the money. I bought a cheap sword that had a chord wrapped grip that unwrapped after a couple swings at a tree, but it was like $12 and not meant to be used as an axe. The sword was sharp and looked cool. I would just be a bit leery of chord wrapped handles or buy an axe or machete if you plan on clearing some brush. At least it didn't break in half like the $30 sword I bought from a different store.
Everything I ordered was in stock, shipped fast, packed exceptionally well. Once again, I would recommend BudK to everyone that wants qualify stuff at great prices. BudK's customer service should be commended for their outstanding level of knowledge concerning their products and their expertise in handling customer wants and needs.
My order, once again, was received in good time and in good condition. My sword was a great value and looks great hanging on the wall. BudK is my "go to" for the items they offer.
