I wish I could give 0 stars.

Do NOT order from this site! Absolute nightmare and zero customer service.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair arrived defective, so I tried to return it. From the start, it was impossible to reach them: I sent multiple messages in both English and German, and I also called several times. No response at all. I wasted so much time and was beyond frustrated.

Eventually, someone finally replied and told me I had to pay the return shipping myself, with the promise they would reimburse me once they received the return. Fine... I returned the shoes and sent them everything: proof of shipment, tracking number, and the receipt.

Then… nothing. A full month passed with no refund and no reply to my follow-ups.

When I checked the tracking, it showed the carrier couldn't deliver because no one was available, so the return was taken to a pick-up location. I contacted the company again repeatedly, still no response. And here's the worst part: they never picked it up. Ever. The package was just left there.

End result: I paid for the product and paid for return shipping, and I'm still out my money. This is beyond unprofessional, it's unacceptable behavior for an online business. If you can't handle returns, customer support, or basic communication, you shouldn't be selling online.

Save yourself the stress and the risk: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I placed my order on November 2nd as a gift, but after 12 days, it's still not delivered and not even properly shipped.
The tracking hasn't changed since day one — it looks like my parcel is still lying at their warehouse.

BSTN keeps sending the same vague replies and screenshots, blaming "delivery partners," but giving no real answers or solutions.
No refund, no clear update — just empty messages.

This feels like a scam-level experience.
Totally unacceptable for a company that calls itself "premium."

SCAM - I ordered a pair of jacquemus shoes. When they arrived in Canada fedEx tried to charge me an extra $80 fee on top of the duty that I did not agree to. I refuse to shipment and reached out to BSTN immediately and explain the situation. I asked for a refund and got no reply. Several weeks later I requested the refund again. I then received a Curt reply saying they were going to charge me $60 to return the item. I told them I did not agree to that and would like to find a different solution. A few days later they credited my card the purchase price minus the $60 fee. So now I have no shoes and I lost $60. I explained that I was totally good to pay the actual tax and any actual Duty required but not the fee to Federal express. This is an absolute scam and I would never order from them again.

As others have stated, terrible customer service and inaccurate size charts (like completely inaccurate)! I have so much to say but simply, do not ever buy from this fraudulent company, and if you do choose to roll the dice- know that the product you get will not match the description, and you won't get customer service.

Totally shocking service. Purchased a pair of Nike air max scorpion (order# *******2401) and after only several months the tread on the sole had completely worn away and air bubble popped totally defective as these were worn only couple times per week mixed in with other vapour max that I have had a lot longer. Bstn arranged returns label and they were sent back only for the delivery service not able to deliver for what ever reason or another and was held at the local post office for the store to collect them. Dozens of emails to them and literally just been ignored and because the store did not collect they are now being returned back to me absolutely shocking service all round. To add to this review I had the same pair of trainers in different colour from Nike store that the exact same happened to after only 8 weeks from purchase that Nike refunded in full once returned. Next stop is to try and claim purchase value back through back. Disgusting from bstn

Awful customer service!

Their customer is awful! I bought a hoodie from their website for plus $150, and I haven't received it yet! I followed up with them three times, and they just sent the random and same message that they were following up with FedEx and contacting me, but they never did! And not even issuing a refund or replacement! If this is how you do your business, for sure you won't last long! Never purchase from them and save your money! Terrible experience!

Not good

Avoid this company, misleading size charts, horrible customer service, don't waste your money.
I am posting part of the email conversation with them.

According to your order confirmation you have chosen the size INT M. You should have looked at the size chart. All sizes are listed there. In this case it is not an error on our part.

Then I replied:

"Yes, you are right I ordered size INT M, but I received size INT S.

According to measurement charts:
(If you have a 32 inch waist, your size is a US-Size M or Euro-Size 42. US Size / Internat)
Please see the attached picture"...
