As much as I enjoy earning rewards, what I don't enjoy is wasting my time and not being compensated for completing offers and surveys. This happens way to frequently. I've been ripped off for 410 points recently that's including two surveys and two offers. I have reached out to support 3 times now in one week and have not gotten a response. Normally they are good with responding and compensating you for your time. I have been using their app for about a year and only recently has this problem started. Up to you if you want to use this app, it'll seem quite good at first and then it'll become crappy. I guess it's a hit or miss. Honestly it seems to be a waste of my time to only be getting $10 - $20 a week for how much time you actually have to put into this. Nothing else bad to say about it but this is highly frustrating. Oh and on top of this it doesn't matter if you give honest answers or not they will still kick you out of their surveys if they don't like what you say.

This site is great. Taking the survey's are so much fun and interesting. In no time at all you earn points and are in another category. Yes, disappointing when you start one, then find out you don't qualify, especially when you're going for the 100 points. But you quickly get more survey's and are able to finish and the points add up quickly. I haven't cashed out yet, wanting to see my account accrue $'s first. Keep those survey's coming and we'll keep Taking them. Keep up the good work for all of us!

Been taking surveys,all good,some pay some do not, yesterday site locked me out of my account, and between yesterday and today left 3 emails and today been calling 9 times so far and always leave a voicemail. Definitely stay away from. Poor customer service, don't care about people. Good site if your desperate for money. Reporting to BBB.

I am a long time user of Branded Surveys. Not only are the incentives enticing but they redeem in a matter of minutes. This is a great supplement to my limited income and I am truly grateful.

Was a member for a while when it was Mintvine... read that it had been purchased by private equity group Dynata. Dynata panels are known for bad service, questionable ethics, nickel and dime stuff. They're the worst. I was a member of 'one opinion ', which was purchased by Dynata a couple years back. That site went from one of the better, to awful... one of the worst. Peanut Labs is owned by Dynata, and a lot of people know about them. Look up reviews for them on the BBB. Scroll thru the complaints on Dynata's better business bureau site. If you're a member, cash out as soon as you get to the threshold to cash out. Dynata is the pits

I have been taking surveys with BrandedSurvey for over a year. It used to be a great site and process - I consistently answered surveys (30+ per week) and rarely received a rejection or deduction of points. I am a Mensa and read quickly and am able to answer questions quicker than average other than that caveat, I answer surveys thoughtfully and have enjoyed the survey process - that is up until a few months ago. I am not sure what has changed but I am getting disqualified or told survey is full after answering the entire survey and I have been deducted points for "not passing quality review". In the photo example - I completed 95% of that survey was told I wasn't a match sent to another survey and completed the entire survey only to be disqualified because the survey was full. It is hit or miss as to if the issue with late disqualification is handled when I submit a complaint but it doesn't count toward the survey numbers. Please look into your system and rectify these issues.

Real surveys with cash out options. 1 point equals 1 penny. Surveys range from 1 to 30 mins.The time and payments vary. Some surveys show 5 minutes, but you'll spend more time than expected. And after putting in the work, surveys freeze or kick you out! Lol! Hence my 4 out of 5 stars.

This is literally the first survey for pay site I found. It was and stupid my favorite. It still continue to pay on time and always does.

Lots of problems with this site. Many, many times surveys are sent to me, and I answer a lot of questions, only to be told that I don't qualify. The other day I answered about 16 surveys, and was able to complete only 2! You then can file a complaint, and they might agree with you, and give you 10 points! This is a joke, and I am wasting my time. When I started with this site, it took 79 points to make a dollar, and then it went to 80, and then it jumped to 83. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the currency exchange rate. One time I had a certain number of points at night, and the next day, not only did it jump from 80 to 83, but they also scammed me for $5.00 off of my total! Unbelieveable! I believe before not too long I will be checking out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURVEY SITE. SCAM! SCAM! IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, TRY IT OUT FOR YOURSELF! Thanks

I have been with Branded (previously Mintvine) for a while and got paid several times. However, they seem to have regular "glitches" which result in delayed payments. Now this is the last straw. I have more than the required number of points required for payout, but I have no way to cashout. The Redeem button has disappeared. I have cleared cache, cookies, and signed out and signed back in in a different browser, but to no avail. I have contacted support, but they remain silent to me. I have found a lot of reviews, even on their own site, from many other users experiencing the same problem. I cannot recommend this site anymore.

Iv been completing surveys on Mintvine for around 3yrs and now my account is Banned because I'm told I'm Proxies which I don't now what it is. I have 3590points on Branded Surveys I can't redeem points because my account is Banned. They have all my personal details including my PayPal account... do any1 now if I can SUE Branded Surveys for selling my details to other sites... please help I really want to SUE the hell out of this Scammers so they don't do this to anyone else.
