Based on my experience they are the best place to buy gaming chairs - quite simply they offer the widest choice, the have a technical advice helpline and for me most importantly - they offer the cheapest price.
Before buying my BraZen Spirit 2.1 Bluetooth Surround gaming chair for my son I had no knowledge of gaming chairs. I called Boysstuff and talked to a very knowledgeable man who helped me to narrow down my choices. I had seen in numerous other reviews that BraZen is considered to be the best brand for gaming chairs. I wanted a pedestal chair. I then needed to understand about the different options for connectivity and the difference between having just a subwoofer and having a subwoofer and vibration motors, etc.
Wanted next day delivery and got next day delivery!

Bought a Brazen Gaming Chair from Boysstuff.co.uk. Great chair, came very quickly and after research I know I paid the cheapest price. One problem - how to connect to my PS4. That's when I became very impressed with the service. Made one telephone call. Got straight through to a real person who had product knowledge and was able to patiently give me the technical advise needed to get everything working. Great service!
Poor customer service. Ordered a gaming chair that arrived faulty. They told me to contact the manufacturer who would deal with me. They sent me another faulty chair. The manufacturer said they wont provide the refund, only the company who made the initial sale will refund the money which makes sense. Boysstuff.co.uk did not take responsability even though they made the initial sale. Made me send back the chair for a hefty £20 postage and did not refund back the price for the postage even after I provided the confirmation from the delivery service with the price on in that they requested to them through email. Extremely dissapointing service. Would not use boysstuff.co.uk
